True hardwood wasn't an option for us due to some foundation issues, so we went with an engineered hardwood floor by Shaw. The Stewarts (yes, all of them) were on the job! The floor looks incredible, and we couldn't be happier. It took about a week to wrap up the job. After the install, we had a few questions about care and feeding of the new floor, and Jake was prompt with the info we needed. He even stopped by a couple of times while he was in our area to see if we had any questions or concerns. His family is some of the hardest working people I've seen recently, and I am truly happy we met them all. It probably sounds like I'm overstating our experience, but I'm not.
