I was told once a specific part was placed on the unit that it would be operational. This WAS NOT THE CASE! Once the part was put on the unit still did not work but they asked to be paid and I paid them. Now I need a compressor and a motherboard, which I will not have to pay for, but it will cost me $1000.00 more on top of the $300.00 I have already paid. I DO NOT THINK SO!!! I was told by the service manager that "they have to put on a part in order to find out what is not really working". I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT!!! I should not have to pay for THEIR INEDPTITUDE!!!!! After the completion of repairs my AC unit went from blowing warm air to not working at all. I was told that they had to order more parts and would be back they never ever returned my calls or showed up. Had two other companies look at my AC Unit and was told that Bohann's Service Tech had destroyed the unit and it has to be replaced.
