I was told once a specific part was placed on the unit that it would be operational. This WAS NOT THE CASE! Once the part was put on the unit still did not work but they asked to be paid and I paid them. Now I need a compressor and a motherboard, which I will not have to pay for, but it will cost me $1000.00 more on top of the $300.00 I have already paid. I DO NOT THINK SO!!! I was told by the service manager that "they have to put on a part in order to find out what is not really working". I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT!!! I should not have to pay for THEIR INEDPTITUDE!!!!! They have not called me back since I told the receptionist to tell the manager to take off $300.00 and called me back. I am seriously thinking about calling the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU on them. I was told that they had to order more parts and would be back they never ever returned my calls or showed up. After the inspection he recommended I replace both the furnace and the condenser units. After getting some other estimates I decided to go with them because the price was pretty reasonable and the sales person didn't try to upsell me stuff I didn't need. They put me on the schedule and a week late they showed up to replace everything. It took them the whole day but it was worth it. Now we have a cool house. Good warrenty on the products as well.

Here's what we liked, Jerry answered his phone when we called, he came and gave us an estimate the same day, and made an appointment to come and do the repair the next Saturday at 9 AM and he showed up at 9 AM on the dot.
