Last time was 2 months ago, they did not show up for their appointment we had scheduled so we call them and they said we need a part that they have to order but since the part won't in until after my year warranty is expired, I will be held responsible for paying for it (even though I call and complained several times BEFORE the warranty was expired!) & I havent ever heard back from them since. Then the owner told me to never call them again also because 2 men came out one time they tried to charge two service fees. I asked why a dcwas told two men came out, so 2 service fees. My house stays full of dust and trash and my filter never gets dirty. I have suffered for over 20 years with no remedy because no other company was willing to tackle the mess they made. I was told that they had to order more parts and would be back they never ever returned my calls or showed up. After the inspection he recommended I replace both the furnace and the condenser units. After getting some other estimates I decided to go with them because the price was pretty reasonable and the sales person didn't try to upsell me stuff I didn't need. They put me on the schedule and a week late they showed up to replace everything. It took them the whole day but it was worth it. Now we have a cool house. Good warrenty on the products as well.
