I called the state inspector, (all in together) he went the company and they all came together and of course he agreed with them so nothing was done. It was not done right because where the airs come into my house you could see trash through the slots in the vent. Then the owner told me to never call them again also because 2 men came out one time they tried to charge two service fees. I asked why a dcwas told two men came out, so 2 service fees. Rescheduled for Wednesday at 3 PM, NO CALL NO SHOW! I called him several times and he didn't answer my calls. Finally he showed up 2 weeks later. After the completion of repairs my AC unit went from blowing warm air to not working at all. I was told that they had to order more parts and would be back they never ever returned my calls or showed up. Had two other companies look at my AC Unit and was told that Bohann's Service Tech had destroyed the unit and it has to be replaced.

After the inspection he recommended I replace both the furnace and the condenser units. After getting some other estimates I decided to go with them because the price was pretty reasonable and the sales person didn't try to upsell me stuff I didn't need. They put me on the schedule and a week late they showed up to replace everything. It took them the whole day but it was worth it. Now we have a cool house. Good warrenty on the products as well.
