Rescheduled for Wednesday at 3 PM, NO CALL NO SHOW! I called him several times and he didn't answer my calls. Finally he showed up 2 weeks later. After the completion of repairs my AC unit went from blowing warm air to not working at all. I was told that they had to order more parts and would be back they never ever returned my calls or showed up. After the inspection he recommended I replace both the furnace and the condenser units. After getting some other estimates I decided to go with them because the price was pretty reasonable and the sales person didn't try to upsell me stuff I didn't need. They put me on the schedule and a week late they showed up to replace everything. It took them the whole day but it was worth it. Now we have a cool house. Good warrenty on the products as well.
