Not cheap lol BUT quality of the products is excellent. Today I was helped by Robin (Robyn? Not positive on the spelling) but she was SOOOO helpful in recommending good gift options for my buddies kids. She wrapped the clothes beautifully and even noted which box was for which kid. She was fun to chit chat with and truly made my shopping experience enjoyable and a highlight of my day. I'll be back!

I saw that this alleged boutique was close to our hotel, so my 4 year old daughter and I walked over to have a look. From the moment we walked in, a young woman seemed to be looking over us at every turn. It didn't dawn on me for a while that she was someone who works there, actually following me, presumably for loss prevention reasons, for the precise reason that this HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME EVER BEFORE IN MY LIFE! Usually sales associates flock to me because, based on the way I present myself, they know they are about to make a sizable commission. This might have made more sense if I was dressed casually or something, but I guess they see a lot of thieves wearing Hermes and diamonds? A word of advice to the staff: you sell onesies; get over yourself. Oh, and your selection is very pedestrian; get a new buyer because your sales floor looks like literal garbage.

Stumbled across this adorable children's boutique while shopping for a first birthday dress for…read moremy granddaughter. Having just finished purchasing a dress moments before at a larger retailer, I thought Id simply just take a quick peak inside just for the heck of it. I was soon swooning & dazzled by the vast array of beautiful dresses , cute lil shoes and sparkling hair accessories I to my surprise I found the most charming hair accessories in the exact dusty rose color as our parties theme ! Even found a matching dress ‍ opting for my granddaughter to wear all Layla's items on her big day Love love love this adorable boutique and will definitely return to shop for more charming outfits for "My First Grand " in the near future

To start, the owner of this shop retained not one, but two attorneys in connection with this matter to prevent me from sharing my experience by threatening to sue me for libel and sending me a cease and desist. That alone speaks volumes more than this review ever could. My daughter's First Holy Communion dress arrived stained and with serious fit/construction issues that did not reflect what was discussed when the dress was ordered. The owner initially acknowledged the staining, then later minimized it. She failed to acknowledge the construction issues and instead defended it. Because my daughter's Communion was quickly approaching, and because I was upset that a $650 dress arrived stained and ill-fitting, I initially asked for a full refund. I later amended that request and asked for a reasonable resolution instead. I was told another identical dress "in my daughter's exact measurements" was supposedly being brought in, but was never contacted about that. At the time of purchase, the dress was represented in front of multiple people as a custom piece from Australia. Later communications from the owner told me it was from China. The only real "solution" offered required me to return the dress for a full refund, which would have left my daughter without the dress she loved for her Communion. The other option was to hand the dress back to the owner so she could attempt to have it cleaned and fixed. After days of inconsistent communication and unprofessional responses, I had no confidence the dress would be returned to me in acceptable condition or in time. Ultimately, I decided to take the dress to my own tailor and pay to have it professionally altered, repaired, and cleaned. Instead of working with me toward a reasonable resolution, the owner emailed me while copying an attorney and threatened to sue me for libel. After receiving no resolution from her or her first attorney, I initiated a claim with American Express in an attempt to resolve the matter. That claim remains pending. Then, on the eve of what the owner believed was my daughter's First Holy Communion, I received a cease-and-desist letter from a second attorney, again threatening legal action if I spoke about this situation or pursued my claim with American Express, which had already been filed. Having a poor customer service experience escalate into legal intimidation solidified my decision to post this review. My husband responded to the second attorney asking what, specifically, I was being asked to cease and desist from. Weeks later, we still have not received a response. Consumers are allowed to speak truthfully about their experiences. Attempting to pressure a customer into silence with legal threats before a review is even posted or for simply sharing their truth says more about the business than any review ever could. I was not looking for a fight. I was looking for the clean, properly constructed $650 custom dress from Australia that we purchased. When legitimate concerns were raised, I expected a professional resolution. That is not what happened. This experience was awful, and I am thankful to my tailor for fixing the dress as best she could. I encourage others to make their own informed decisions before shopping here for custom formalwear.

I strongly recommend joining the mailing list to stay posted on upcoming sales. As far as my experience, I found exactly what I came for and then some. The carseat I purchased was not only gently used, it was worth over $200 but I took it home for $45. I also found a small fortune worth of Baby Gap clothing which normally would have run me $40-50 for the lot, I took the pieces home for less than $20. We also had trouble leaving without at least one toy bc the toys/books selection was equally outstanding. All in all this is an awesome sale if you need a particular big ticket item (crib bedding sets incl) or need to stock up on clothing. The auditorium & gym are practically converted into a huge Babies R Us w fantastic prices. I recommend cosigning your unwanted baby/kids items. Advice: be there as early as possible and *cash only*
