The staff is always very friendly when I've stopped in, and the store always looks great! The selection of clothes is very trendy, and affordable. There's always a good selection of sizes too! Everything here is under $100 and they are pet friendly, so if you're strolling by with your pup (like I have done many times before) you can still stop in! Supporting a local boutique such as DFTI for the upcoming holiday season will ensure your gifts aren't late!!!

I never went down there but, from the windows everything looked beautiful. So many dresses. There is a pretty good clearance section upstairs. The store does have a staircase and elevators. There is a section upstairs for employees... lets call is the employee lounge/workroom. Anthro products are stunning. I love their dresses and cardigans. I love that they have a plus size selection. Their aesthetic really delivers. They have items for the home, accessories, jewelry, clothing, shoes, candles, housewares and much more. I had encountered a few staff members and they were great, even in passing when we were in the elevator. Now Anthro can be pricey, but I can see why. There are times I cringe at a price for a dress of a candle. But, I just tell myself it is not meant to be.

It is a bit small but I thought the decor and organization was on point. They had $3 and $5 racks which I thought was pretty awesome. The clothes was trendy and inexpensive. The store owner was friendly but gave me enough space to explore on my own....I like that better! I ended up buying a cute black dress from the sales rack and a pair of earrings. I wish I would've tried the dress on since it is way too small (and short) when I brought it home. It looked much bigger and longer on the hanger! Lol I would check this place out again....it is too cute. hopefully I can exchange the dress I bought!

BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU PAY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF IF THEY CAN. I spent almost $700 on the 10/18…read more one of the shirt was size M. I had to pay $40 in Uber to go back and forth to change it to a size S. They didn't have it in black. Bella, the sales rep, told me they can free ship it to me. I asked if there is a sales tax to ship in CA, she said no. When she charged me, she would not give the invoice and just emailed it to me. I had to ask for an invoice and of course I was taxed. I showed her but she kept on saying no, it is the free shipping. I bought two other same shirts different colors. She charged me for those too. I never received the refund for the M that I returned and she took from me. She had everything in such a mess that was hard for me to figure what she was doing anymore and was very confusing since I had to return the one going to CA and be shipped to Philadelphia. I told her that I don't feel this is done right and I am leaving tomorrow morning and truly can't deal with it after I leave from CA. She kept confirming that everything is done correctly and wasn't paying attention. When I got home, I realized that I was never refunded for the M I returned, she just took it from me. Now, I have to take the time from a busy day and traveling to make the call and deal with having to confirm somehow that a M shirt I gave her was never refunded and I was charged for 3 more with NO refund for the M that I returend. This is confusing people and taking their money. It is horrible that I have to go through so much trouble to exchange a shirt and I wish I would have never gone there to shop. I told her several times how important this is for me to get it right and not have to deal with it sicne I didn't live here and I am traveling and truly don't have the time to deal with this later and to please make sure it is correct because it doesn't feel right. I am truly upset for the horrible experience and what I have to deal with. Hours lost and more to deal with only to exchange a shirt.

This place is not closed…read more Kiki must have a personality disorder. I have shopped there several times and she acts as if she does not want you there. You are not allowed to touch clothes and if you do not like the things she has pulled for you, she seems upset. She also will dump her personal drama on you. While some of the clothing is unique, there are no tags on anything including prices. Sort of shady, and to be honest, I wonder if some of the stuff is used. She also is rarely there when the hours of the store say she will be. I once found the assistant asleep in the corner on the floor. Kiki was totally unaware she was there. If you are feeling like you have thick skin and want to fight the person you are buying from, it's worth going in there a few times. If you want to feel good about spending hundreds/thousands, you'll go elsewhere.

She also really takes the time to help you find the things that work for you, your body, and your style. Though I do feel it necessary to note that this is definitely not a cheap store, it is definitely a beautiful boutique that you should absolutely get to know and love.

I had not passed by since before the pandemic so it's definitely been a while for me, but I was pleasantly surprised to see the array of upscale offerings here in Center City.
