I ask the cashier if I can put them on hold and I'll come back after work. It was around 12:15 at that point. She said yes and asked my name. I come back around 5:30 and the person at register tells me she can't find anything under my name. How hard could it have been to just follow through with what I asked? The store would have made a sale instead of, for the lack of a better word, pissing off a customer. It seems nobody is capable of any tasks any longer, easy, difficult, small or big. #endrant

They don't issue refunds even though it was two hours later, fine. But the entire staff was so rude and not helpful. They sat around complaining about the manager. They all rolled their eyes when asked to help any of us standing in line. Fast forward a year later I went to get a pair of shoes at stride rite which is inside the same store. I went to lobels to get my store credit and surprise surprise they couldn't find my credit. The girl looked once, then got a text and started to text on her phone. Are you kidding me!??? Then the other girl asked for my information, I wrote it down as she helped someone and the other girl continued to text on her phone facing me as I'm waiting to give her my information. This place is rude, outdated and the workers are trashy and lazy. Never again will I go back there or ever recommend. I have no clue how they're still in business.

They claim to be a store....no items in the correct size to try on...even less to buy....have to take a "shot" at guessing what size you will need and then wait an "undetermined" amount of time to have it ordered and shipped. Not one of the sales staff could give us this info...they all said it depends on when the order goes in...and no one knew when that is because they needed a certain amount of orders before they can submit them. This place is the pits. The salesgirl gave us a jumper for a kindergartener to try on that was down to her ankles and then stated "it's fine...it will get her thru 3rd grade". Unfortunately, it was NOT said in jest...the moron actually meant it. How she could say it with a straight face leads you to believe she really had a screw loose! They will push anything they have to get rid of it...no matter how ridiculous. All I can say is that parents should get together and demand the school offer merchandise that can be purchased on line from more than one store. But....I suspect they only use the places that will give them the highest kick-backs, so you, the parents, are already the loser before your child even begins on that high priced road to rip off city!!
