She was fantastic - she has been doing this for many years and still has the enthusiasm and knowledge for each customer! My wife, my mom and my daughter went shopping here for a First Communion dress on Saturday. They were helped by an incredible employee named Moira. She made the whole experience worth while. Ordered a suit and onesie shirt here for my son and despite working with the woman for an hour the wrong size was given to me. When I went back to see if they could exchange the shirt Diane had an awful attitude problem and made it seem as if it was my fault this happened and was unwilling to help me in any way. I now have to pay an insane amount to have the entire suit and onesie shirt altered. Never going back. They should consider having better customer service or maybe educate sales staff on how to speak to customers if they don't want awful yelp reviews. read more

Was given all options in terms of different customisations that one could get for different sleeves of different dresses, the lady was detail oriented and helped us determine the best size based on the information we have her about godbaby, who was not in store with us, I will deft be recommending this place to anyone who needs christening or communion dresses! I have been on the hunt for an all white designer Communion suit for my son. I got my older sons all white Michael Kors suit a few years ago at Lobel's for $200 but they recently closed down and had none left. I went to a few places and couldn't find what I was looking for and after mentioning it to friends and neighbors was referred to Charlotte's Kids and my neighbor gave us a $20 coupon she had gotten in the paper. I found an amazing all white suit by Andrew Marc for $145 along with a beautiful Michael Kors white dress shirt and tie there and I couldn't be happier. We received excellent, courteous service by the 3 employees we encountered. My son tried on a few different shirts and suits before we settled on the ones we picked. They have an excellent selection of Communion suits and dresses, gorgeous Baptism gowns, coming home outfits, first birthday outfits and all kinds of gifts and accessories. We were in an out in about an hour and now I have one less thing to worry about for my sons upcoming Communion. read more

Charolette was wonderful to deal with very welcoming to us. (We arrived 15 min prior to closing). She never made us feel rushed allowed us to try on the Christening outfit (not all places will let you). They have a changing table all set up. We got his outfit and special pajamas. This was like the 10th place we had been to on the island. One place ordered an outfit for us but it came in the wrong size and was damaged on arrival. Charolette listened to what style we were looking for and went above and beyond to help us. I would recommend them 100%. They had some other beautiful outfits too. We came in to look for a christening outfit. When we first entered the store, there was a saleswoman standing right near the door adjusting some racks. She didn't even smile, say hello, ask if she can help us. Rude. Rude. Rude. We found the christening outfits. Not a huge selection for boys. There were a few that were actually dirty! They were a yellow brownish color. Gross. In a nutshell, the store is cramped, overpriced, rude sales people, dirty clothes. (seems other yelpers have experienced the same thing) read more

I purchased many items for my Godchild's baptism. In usual course of business I would not typically comment, unless my experience were outstanding or the opposite. Let me preface this by saying I would have given this vendor a 1, if it were not for the time and understanding of the sales lady I met today, Roseann. My initial experience about 3 weeks prior was fair at best as the sales girl who "helped" me was not what I would call courteous or customer friendly. My 2nd visit in the same day with my 10 year old prompted a remark from my daughter that "Mom she wasn't too nice" When I went to pick up my order, the personalized blanket and pillow were wrong. In all fairness the sales slip was correct, but the person doing the monogramming failed to follow the directions and spelling. It was the day before the baptism, and now I was stuck. In this age of online shopping I believe small business, especially as unique as this, need to be "on their game" in all areas of service. I have to resolve the pillow and blanket issue at a later sate and I will comment again of I am satisfied on the resolution read more

This store used to be in a different location. I had shopped there and had a good experience. This location is small. They do have a huge selection of Communion dresses, maybe too huge. The dresses are packed in tight and lined up on the walls. It is impossible to really look at all the dresses. The dressing rooms are cubicles with curtains, which my child did not like. The store really only has room for one family at a time. It is too small and crowded to be able to move around or even really see if you like how an outfit looks on a child. There was one sales girls who was pleasant, however, I did not find the owner or the sales girl particularly helpful. In fact, other than to get dresses off the wall for us, we received no help. The owner is downright rude. If my daughter was not set on the dress and had not started to cry when I began to say we would not buy it, I would have gone to another store. There are other stores with large selections of Communion items. One dress my daughter tried on was dirty and missing pearls. I pointed it out to the sales girl. She did offer to have it dry cleaned. When I didn't buy it, she put it back on the wall so someone else could buy it - still dirty and missing pearls. This store used to be great and a lovely shopping experience.
