I ended up leaving with much more than just the dress because they had everything I have been looking for and searching for online- like a personalized piggy bank! The owners could not have been any more helpful, truly! They went above and beyond and had so much patience with me, as I thought through everything for her Christening. From the dress, to the socks and shoes, they helped me create my vision. I couldn't recommend this store enough!

DON'T BOTHER GOING HERE!!!!…read more One of the worst shopping experiences of my life! I took my daughter to Pashley for a Communion dress. After already having had a bad experience the same day at another store, we were looking forward to finding the perfect dress. Instead, the woman who helped us showed my daughter and I two dresses that did not fit and claimed she was "stumped" on her sizing. She then proceeded to direct me to once area of dresses and told to pick something from there. We selected something that was ok but I could tell my daughter was not thrilled. She didn't have the ear to ear smile I expected. When I told the salesperson we weren't thrilled she responded with "I don't know what else I can show you." Meanwhile we had tried on about 4-5 dresses...there were well over 40 in the room and she insisted nothing would work. The family that was in the store right before us looked like they had the red carpet rolled out and we were shooed out like we were worthless. We took our business elsewhere and were treated with respect and kindness, which we did not experience at Pashley. This store and its associates need to take the stick out of their ass. We found dresses that were just as beautiful and superior service elsewhere.

I come here because I never have any idea what to get and the staff is very attentive and helpful in finding me the perfect gift. I got beautiful clothing for my niece and nephew last time I was here and the kids loved it. I honestly think my nephew dresses more dapper than me now. This has been my go to store for whenever I am home and have to get one the young kids in my family a present. In short: - Great clothing and place for gifts - Very helpful staff - Able to get something quick instead of roaming in a department store for hours

We were celebrating a birthday and it really made the night different and special! In preparation for our night, I had texted back-and-forth with her earlier in the week and she asked us if there were any types of flowers or colors that we wanted. She was flexible with our timing and was available when we got there a few minutes early. The front of the shop is very cute with adorable wallpaper and tons of delicious candy. We all purchased candy go snack on and were able to bring beverages and snacks with us. She provided water bottles. She had the flower class ready in the back for us and had all of our vases filled with wire and water. She had so many beautiful flowers and taught us how to prepare each type for the view. During the class, she answered lots of questions and had great conversations with us about her artistry and business. We left with beautiful, wedding quality center pieces and the price was very reasonable. She said a bouquet like this would cost about 1.5x what we paid for the class! We'll definitely be back for part 2, thanks for a great moms night out!

When I arrived at Omnibus I was greeted with open arms and I felt the staffs excitement for my wedding day. They took one look at me and said I have the perfect gown for you. Well they pulled out this dazzling silky gown completely beaded and fit like a glove. I was in love and knew I came to the right place. I purchased the dress at that moment they started the process for some areas that needed a little tightening. I then came back a few weeks later and picked up my gown. EVERYONE LOVED THIS DRESS and it looked FABULOUS in photos. I went back in another time with my mother to find her the most perfect mother of the bride gown. My mother was treated as if she was their own mother and they took the time to make sure she was comfortable in the gown and felt beautiful as she is. (She does not wear dresses ever) They did a fantastic job on the alterations and even made her a shawl with leftover material to make her even more happy. Thanks again to the staff at Omnibus especially Karen

The next week the gown arrived- it was the wrong gown in the wrong color. New gown was ordered and express shipped to store. Color was right, gown still wrong. At this point prom is a week away so I kept dress and had it altered (last minute alterations costing me a fortune). Owner of this shop has not even reached out once after multiple calls to apologize for the inconvenience or even offer some kind of break after all this trouble (and still having the wrong dress). I would never come back here or recommend anyone go here. Owner is a terrible business person and should be ashamed of themselves for not doing right by customers. My one star was for the 2 sales people who helped me when I went to pick up the dress. Both were sympathetic - 1 assisted in placing the express shipped order of the 2nd dress and the other tried to have owner reach out to me for an explanation. 0 stars to the shitty owner who still has not called me.
