It was a few minutes before 10am, and she was told the store took back too much and isn't buying any more items for the day. A few minutes after 10am (when they stop buying back at 10am technically) a man carrying 3-4 big bags of items walked in. They greeted him, as if he was a repeated customer saying it's been a while since he's been in. They didn't even hesitate to take all his items. I find this very rude and unfair to pick and choose what customers they want to take items back from and at what time it's convenient for them. This was also my third time coming in to attempt to sell my own items, with the prior two times being turned down as well. All times I've been there before the actual cut off time. They are very unfriendly, unkind, and not helpful at all. They need a new system of how much and when they buy back items, and also they need workers who will not pick and choose the customers they want to favor, and buy items back from.

I said no, but it's always been picked up over the last decade. The guy said well whoever did it before was not following policy. He was rude condescending and totally a turnoff. Fast forward I select the next pick up date and leave the bags there and label them and they never even came. Whoever is answering the phone over is rude at best and incompetent more likely. I enjoy giving to big brothers big sisters, but I will never give to them again because of the rudeness I was shown and not picking up the last time probably because of my call and dissatisfaction with the car service staff. They have set restock times and with restocks come raffles for some high value items like cordless vacuums or a Nintendo Switch. The bins to peruse are just a hodge podge of odds and ends that may or may not be useful to you. Today I found a weighted heating pad, scale with BMI calculator, and a Belief cosmetics set. Sometimes you get lucky, other times you don't.

I saw so much stuff in the kitchen section, and I priced a rice cooker so that I can start cooking my Quinoa. I was going to order one from the huge "A." Now I don't have to! I saw Clothes for men, women, boys, and girls. Ugly sweaters, festive sweaters, and regular sweaters. I saw a warming blanket that I am interested in. I am like a kid in a candy store. You heard me? Instead, she asked all of the correct information needed causing her to be able to retrieve the package for pick up.
