It rubbed me the wrong way, but didn't completely deter me. We ended up going to another location (because of convenience) a few days later and bought the items we were looking for. Now...fast forward to after the wedding..I didn't end up needing the jacket I bough so I tried to return it to this particular location. The hours say 9am-9pm. Cool. I pulled up at 8:55 am because I was already in the area. I walk up to the door at 9:05ish and it's not unlocked yet..okay fine. 9:10...still not unlocked. Once it was almost 9:20am and they still hadn't unlocked the door that's when I'd had enough and just left. If they hours say 9am....open at 9am people...
