I like the Natural Life line of products, and I was pleasantly surprised to see some new merchandise. They have good products that I use regularly. For example, I bought a "Just Because" box that came with a number of blank cards with envelopes and cardboard separators. This box helps me keep many of my cards, stamps, and stickers well organized. There's a "Just Because" Colorful Letters Love card that I match with a USPS love stamp and it makes writing and sending the card just that much more special.

This location is closing at the end of this month for renovations but if I could move their employees to the Sawmill Road location it would be fantastic. Full disclosure, every time I walk by my mirror I say it. They have a huge amount of teas, coffees, beers, and wines. Also towards the back of the store there is an area with 55% discounted items. I once got some Chinese almond cookies that took me to a happy place. Only beware that you should consume these items immediately since they discount items close to their expiry dates. Some of the bad reviews are kind of judging them as if they were a retail outlet, but the fact that they are charity based and that everything is so cheap and used, means it's such a great recycling concept, and that it automatically has to get a better rating lens (I just made up a hipster term, anoint me people) than the corporate (and carpet, which is what my predictive text wanted to say) places - and I can't possibly give it less than 4 even though I can see why it's not most people's favorite Thrift Shop. There are people who don't ever shop at goodwill, this was a good experience for them to see what it's like. They were so disappointed. Bad PR and we won't be back.
