My items were donated after I did not receive the text that they were finished. When speaking with a manager (Rachel) about the situation, she was very rude, defensive and quick to walk away without even trying to understand my situation at all. I was simply trying to understand what happened and how I could avoid it in the future, but she didn't seem to care, interrupting me multiple times and saying there was nothing she could do. I was very calm and polite when speaking to her, but she was unapologetic and clearly did not care about me as a customer per our conversation. In the future I will be selling at other stores.

Our now infant has now already grown out of so many of his outfits already and it was nice to be able to quickly make room in the closet and make a little cash at the same time! We also found a super cute bassinet in practically new condition for only $45 so that our baby can have a spare while visiting family. They do seem very busy and the turnaround is a bit slow but all in all it was a very positive experience!

    While they have a nice selection of fabric, the customer service is terrible when it comes to…read moremachine service. The staff never knows when the technician will be in, when the machine will be done, or if he has even looked at it yet. The technician says that he does one thing when it is evident that he has not. Multiple times I have brought my longarm machine home after being "cleaned" and "fixed" only to have the same issues. And I have clearly seen that the machine was not cleaned. I live an hour away and when I call to let them know that the issue was not fixed, the answer is "bring it back in" (2 hour round trip). Most recently, and the last straw, was after bringing my longarm in for a cleaning and being told that I was "first in line", there was no communication about the machine and when I would call, the shop tells me they don't know when he will be in and when he was last in. Then, a week later I called to check on the status of the machine and they say it is ready for pickup. When I got there, it was not ready, but he said I can "finish it" at home. After following his instructions, the machine still did not work properly. He then stated that it would need a $700 part (mind you, the machine was not even in the shop at that time). After spending hours on the phone with the HandiQuilter tech line, I decided I would need to find another dealer. The new dealer opened the machine up and it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years (he sent me pictures). The tech said he has never seen a machine that bad. So, it appeared that the $300 that Red Rooster required that I pay upfront for the machine "cleaning" never got done. I will not be going back and will never recommend this shop to anyone else.

    Today, I visited the Target at 6000 Sawmill Rd., Dublin, OH, for the first time. My review is for a…read moreyoung lady named Sarah who works in the. beverage dept. There are so many wonderful things I could say about her. Hoping she will receive recognition. I was looking for a sparkling juice product when I saw Sarah. She's gentle-spirited. She was so sweet to me!!! She was busy but I asked if she knew where the product was that I wanted. She stopped what she was doing and was happy to assist me. She, actually, took me right to the product and asked me how many boxes I wanted. I didn't have a cart but I told her that I wanted four boxes of the Izze sparkling juice. But, I told her the boxes of juice were too heavy for her to carry. She just stacked one after another in her arms, then led me to the Self-Checkout. I was concerned about how heavy the boxes were. She told me she was fine carrying the boxes. There is an Ulta Store in that Target and I cannot breathe fragrances. Sweet Sarah took me to the checkout without getting close to Ulta. She was taking care of me. I grew to love her in just a few short minutes. Her sweet spirit was one of the 'best' shopping experiences I've ever had. When we got to the Self-Checkout, Sarah saw the carts. I went to get a cart and she was waiting for me at the checkout. After I paid for the items, Sarah said may I help you to your car. It was unlike any shopping experience I've ever had!!! I told Sarah I would be fine. So just before she started to walk away and as I was ready to leave, I asked her if I could give her a hug. We gave each other a hug. She was so precious. I told her if I get back to that Target, I would look for her. I also told her that I would not forget her. Sarah said I won't forget you either. That was probably the best blessing of my day. I didn't know that people like Sarah existed. She is young, sandy colored hair (medium length) and wore eyeglasses.

    Terrible customer service experience. Today, I visited with…read moremy 2- and 5-year-old children. While waiting in line, my kids became upset over candy, and I told them no. The cashier--an Indian woman--began scanning my items without greeting me and seemed visibly irritated. I couldn't tell if her attitude was directed at me, my kids, or because we're Black.She then aggressively tossed stickers at my 2-year-old and sarcastically said, "Huh, stickers, sir," before doing the same to my 5-year-old, who has special needs, adding, "Sir, ma'am, whatever you are." I was stunned but didn't cause a scene since I was already overwhelmed.As a regular customer, I'm extremely disappointed. I reported the incident to the manager, who was kind and offered a gift card. Still, I plan to share this experience until I'm assured this employee is held accountable. I'll update if I receive any follow-up
