This afternoon, I took a walk to enjoy the beautiful weather and stopped by your store wearing a dress and a jean jacket -- the jacket I walked in with. After making a quick loop through the store, I was on my way out when an associate abruptly stopped me and accused me of stealing the very jacket I entered with. I was appalled and humiliated. I have never in my adult life experienced such embarrassment, and I am still visibly shaken by the incident. Not only was the accusation entirely unfounded, but the manner in which it was handled was deeply disrespectful and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be made to feel like a suspect, especially without cause. This experience has left a lasting impression, and I hope you take immediate steps to address this incident and ensure it does not happen to anyone else.

She was beyond rude thus I put down the clothes I was going to purchase and picked up my phone to write this yelp review. I will not shop there again. If you are going to have top prices then you best have top customer service to match it. Shameful behavior especially given the number of places to mediocre overpriced children's items in this area. She will tell you a made up (higher) price than the item is actually tagged for. Then when you find the tag with the correct price she gets snippy. It's a consignment store, yet she doesn't let you take home items to try out first. And she will hold items that have been sitting in the store forever because "a decorator was interested in it".
