I have just had the most frustrating experience with having food delivered for a lunch meeting. I…read moream really not one to write poor reviews but this service is truly UNACCEPTABLE. We had ordered a buffet lunch several days ago for about 20 people to be delivered at 11:30. 11:45 comes around and we get word that the delivery guy is having a hard time finding us. One of our employees goes outside to try and flag them down. They then tell our employee that this car doesn't have the food but there is another car on the way. 12:15 we get another call that the food was delivered to the wrong location and that we will get a full refund and no food delivered. I finally get in touch with the restaurant and they say that they can get food to us by 1pm. 1:15 rolls around and they say the food is on its way but they decided turn the buffet into individual bowls but only enough for 15 people and DID NOT consult before doing so. So it finally arrives and THEY JUST REPLACED THEIR FOOD WITH SWEET GREEN SALADS/BOWLS. IT IS NONE OF THE FOOD THAT HAD BEEN ORDERED. ITS NOT THEIR FOOD. And THE BOWLS they put together were not good for certain people who have dietary restrictions it made it so some people could not have food!!!!! This whole experience HAS BEEN SO FRUSTRATING to have it be LATE, NOT WHAT WAS ORDERED on MULTIPLE LEVELS, and NOT ENOUGH FOOD is totally unacceptable even with a full refund. Wasted half of a work day dealing with this. Truly disappointing.

Pizzatella is a good option at the Square One Mall Food Court for a filling meal on the go. They…read moreoffer several kinds of pizzas (thin crust & Sicilian-thick crust) by the slice or whole pizza, as well as pasta options, salads, calzones, strombolis, and Coke fountain drinks. The toppings on the pizzas are generous amounts and the food is warmed/heated in the oven as you wait. The prices are moderate as expected at the mall, in line with other pizza counters at other food courts (ie. Sbarro, Roman Delight). I had lunch at Pizzatella recently and Pizzatella had a few specials offered here including Combo deals with free medium soft drink when you buy any two slices of pizza, any calzone, or any pasta dinner. They were also offering three free soft drinks when you buy any large pizza. It took a while to get my order in since there was a line at the counter. I decided to order two pizza slices including a Veggie Slice ($3.79) and a Buffalo Chicken Sicilian Slice ($3.89) and they gave me a free medium Diet Coke (normally $1.79), total was $8.22 with tax, which is not a bad price considering it's at a busy mall food court. The reheated oven baked pizza slices were actually pretty darn good. The veggie slice was really loaded with generous amounts of toppings ( broccoli, tomatoes, black olives, onions, cheese, & sauce) on a soft thin crust. The Buffalo chicken Sicilian slice had tender breaded pieces of spicy chicken with a bleu cheese sauce/dressing and melted mozzarella cheese on the thick soft crust. This is not the best pizza I've ever had, but solid good pizza for food court standards.

I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my visit I entered through the back entrance. I…read moreordered a half-cheese, half-pepperoni pizza, and unfortunately, the experience was poor in terms of both service and food quality. First, there was a lack of communication regarding the wait time. I was given conflicting information by your staff--one employee stated 20 minutes, while another stated 12 minutes. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes, which was frustrating given the lack of clarity. More importantly, the quality of the food was unacceptable. The pizza dough appeared stale, and the crust was hard and dry, suggesting it had been sitting out for a significant amount of time. I was only able to eat one slice before deciding to discard the rest, as I was concerned about the quality and the potential for an upset stomach. Finally, I feel it is necessary to bring a serious observation to your attention. While waiting, I was able to see into the kitchen area and noticed what appeared to be significant health and safety issues. I observed raw beef being stored in the same area as fresh produce (cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and avocados). This type of cross-contamination is a major health concern and is highly unprofessional. The soup came out from plastic container and heat up a pot, and sausages precooked from fridge, leftovers rice came out from plastic container and heat up from microwave. I paid full price for a meal that did not meet basic quality standards, and due to these sanitation concerns, I will not be returning. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these kitchen practices immediately to ensure the safety of your future customers.
