I stopped by Circle E Candles while visiting Fredericksburg because I thought I could save on…read moreshipping by buying directly from the store. Unfortunately, the visit was a huge disappointment. Many of the candle displays were empty, and several scents I wanted weren't available. When I asked if they knew when those fragrances would be back in stock, the staff couldn't provide any estimate. Another issue was that all of the candles started to smell the same after a few minutes. Most candle stores provide coffee beans to help reset your sense of smell between fragrances, but there weren't any available here, making it difficult to compare scents. The two employees working during my visit were not helpful and didn't seem interested in assisting customers. Between the poor selection, lack of product knowledge, and disappointing customer service, the visit wasn't worth the trip. I left empty-handed and will likely order elsewhere if I decide to purchase Circle E Candles in the future. June 2026

The matcha inside was a brownish green color. PREMIUM matcha is supposed to be bright green for anyone that didn't know . So anyways, I looked on amazon and saw the same product being sold for $20.
