I was just making sure they were quality and didn't have bugs on the first run. I won't be back. I'll just go to rainbow gardens were they have just as nice plants and nicer people. I didn't even know there was a sale going on until I got to the register to check out and learned that much of the store was 50% off. I got some really good deals, really enjoyed the store, and had planned on continuing to shop there. Today I called simply to ask where I could find information about upcoming sales so I wouldn't miss another one. The man I spoke with told me that he was the person who makes the decisions about sales and insisted that they had never had a 50% off sale. When I explained that I had personally shopped there during one earlier this year, the conversation became extremely unpleasant. He raised his voice at me and called me a liar. I wasn't calling to complain, ask for a discount, or argue about a price. I was literally calling because I liked the store and wanted to know how to keep up with their future sales. Being disagreed with is one thing, but being yelled at and called a liar by someone representing a business is completely unacceptable customer service. I ended the call by telling him I would not be returning. It's especially disappointing because, until this phone call, I genuinely liked this store and would have continued being a customer.
