I was planning a surprise birthday for my girlfriend. Kathleen sent me a picture of an arrangement and stated it was 92 dollars. I told her I wanted bigger so I opted for 125 dollar arrangement. We used Plantiques and Brenda Fry for our wedding and everything was incredible! From start to finish, Brenda was amazing! First off, she is super friendly and personable and definitely knows her stuff! From our first meeting, she got an idea of what we wanted, began to anticipate, and made on-point suggestions based on our colors and our theme, which we used almost all of for the day. As for extras, table placements/settings, and other decorations - wow! Brenda has everything that you could possibly think of! She even had a large whiskey barrel for us to use on the day, which was super helpful! When certain flowers were not available for our railing drapes, she immediately reached out and offered multiple replacement options/a refund if we wanted to forego it. As for the day off, we were speechless! She was early, and had everything looking fabulous! All of the table settings were perfect, the railings and small extra details and each table were phenomenal and the boutonnieres and bouquets were perfect! And not only did she set up, she was there to get everything out and taken care of before the venue deadline! I received the most beautiful flower arrangement today for my birthday. Every single flower is absolutely perfect. Not one flaw. Colors are beautiful, I just love it. With it, came a few really cute presents which were nicely wrapped up in a gift bag with a bunch of balloons tied to it and a nice personalized card. Ordered flowers to be delivered to my Mom on Mother's Day but live in another state. You dont get a confirmation of your delivery details, just a receipt that you have paid. So if your ordering through the website print it out just in case. Called the store directly and I assume the Owner answered, unfortunately she wasnt very pleasant on the phone, but after reading all the other reviews sounds like she is doing a million things at a time and running her business so completely understand why she sounded like that, plus it was Mother's Day. Was thinking of not using them again based off of the phone experience, but my Mom sent me the pics of the flowers she received and they were beautiful! Better than i expected. I used to have a go-to florist in Spring Branch but unfortunately she doesnt do occasions anymore, but thinking of having Brenda at Plantiques as my go to florist now. My parents told me the delivery people were great! They called and made sure they were home and they even accommodated my parents and came at a time more convenient for them! Overall well worth it!
