Since she had such glowing reviews, I was certain she would already be booked for that day and would laugh at my deadline. In the meantime, I contacted other chefs who replied back with less than desirable menus for foodies like ourselves. Thank God she replied on a Sunday with a complete menu! We went back a forth on a couple dishes but ended up with a 4 course meal with 3 different wines that would appease our picky palates! She had our dining table decorated with flowers in tiny vases, candles, typed up placecards with the complete menu, and flowers in vases in our entryway and bathroom!
