That being said I have never felt uneasy about being alone here or taking my dog out for walks alone after dark. The only reason I knocked off a star is because yes parking is pretty bad. There really isn't anything they can do though due to limited space. Also because I wish we had a gym instead of a room that is only used for a few parties. Also because of all the people that let their dogs out, without leashes....something really needs to be done about that. You'll hear every word your neighbors say, every dog bark, and every footstep above you. If you value sleep or privacy, this is not the place for you. The rent is ridiculously high for what you get. They tack on hidden fees and raise the rent with zero justification. And good luck getting your deposit back -- they'll find every excuse to charge you for "damages" that were already there when you moved in. Parking is a nightmare, trash is constantly overflowing, and don't even get me started on the security -- or lack thereof. Packages go missing often, and the gates? Rarely work.
