The area is an open-air concept with offices, apartments, cafes & restaurants, and shops. The stores are luxury brand shops like Dior, Gucci, Hermes, etc. Everything about this area is high-end from the apartments to the restaurants. There are outdoor areas to grab a seat and sip a coffee while doing my favorite thing, people watching. I just love seeing all of the folks passing through in decked out in impeccable clothing and jewelry.

I took off a star because getting in and out of the parking lot can be a bear quite often due to the volume of people shopping there. There are limited exits and especially trying to get out from the Lowe's/Chic-Fil-A side of the complex can result in quite a wait to get out. Glad it's here for when the local merchants further into the city don't have what I was looking for.

The bathrooms are also fairly clean, which is always a plus. One place I'm not a huge fan of is the Starbucks. One of the cashiers can be a little unfriendly and rude toward customers. The first time I interacted with him, I thought maybe he was just having a bad day or was tired. However, after having another interaction with him and witnessing how he spoke to another customer before me, I realized that maybe it's just his personality. ‍ Overall, I really like this outlet center. I've only seen the area from the highways that are tree lined. I am quite amazed by how out of touch I was for this area. This mall is quite expansive. The one thing I love about the DMV area is that the malls are still thriving. Not to the point where every single store is filled, but no where near dead mall territory. I had some time to kill before I had to head back home and wanting to pick up some items. Parking here had me. I wasn't sure where would be the best place to park. I ended up in the outdoor lots and didn't even want to mess with the parking structure. As a note, early here means you will encounter a slew of parents with their children in tow. Be careful and mindful in the parking lot as they will be everywhere. The mall had a bit of everything in here. The typical anchors and national chains you would expect to find in a mall. Food court area was jammed with eateries and customers. I opted to not eat here. Would definitely come back. Especially on a lazy day. Good people watching, enough stores to grab whatever you might be thinking of getting, and ample parking.

Good affordable parking access through the County if one drives as well. So many great businesses especially restaurants from cuisines all over the world with Ethiopian as most dominant. Probably the best coffee selection in the region as well. Two movie theatres (Regal and AFI) as well as Ellsworth and Black Box as well as Dave and Busters for entertainment. Home to some of the best beer selection around at Fenwick (retail) and Quarry House Tavern. Originally home to Denizens and Astro Lab and now Third Hill and Silver Branch. Four groceries stores as well make it far from a food desert. Multiple healthcare providers as well especially in Montgomery building. Pride, Jazz, and global festivals as well as a weekly farmers market on Saturday are nice as well. Housing options that have continued to expand tend to be more affordable than DC, Arlington, Tysons, Bethesda, and Rockville.
