All of the instructors are welcoming and friendly. Lagree can be tough but it's so rewarding. It's a full body workout and very efficient. You get an excellent mix or resistance training and cardio. The instructor was friendly and really helped us get an understanding of what Pilates is like. The membership is PRICEY!! However, they do offer discounts to military, students, nurses, and teachers. Unlimited plan for the West Cobb location is $199/month. The other plan is $159/2 days per week or $29 per session if you don't want a membership. There is also an enrollment fee of $59. This can easily add up. Overall, I really liked it. I would join but I'm currently already in another gym membership and can't add another cost right now. I would look into in the future though.

The day before I went to Jiu Jitsu then had some wine with the wife... so I was SUPER SORE and had some alcohol toxins in my body. When we arrived we were greeted with smiles by to lovely ladies, Riley and Ashley. They welcomed us in, showed us the facility, explained the different rooms, their functions and set us up for success. We started the Pilates class and began to sweat IMMEDIATELY. Our class was approximately 30 minutes and by the end ........ YOOOOOOOOO I felt like I sweated out all the harmful toxins, my soreness from Jiu Jitsu went away, I felt light on my feet, I felt refreshed, I felt renewed. They just did a complete renovation of their store front and have many different options of yoga gear and accessories (Manduka, LuLuLemon, Alo, Spiritual Gangsta, etc.) As for classes, there are so many different options and something for every type of yoga. Pricing they offer student/teacher discounts and and community teacher classes for just $6. There are classes available for the brand new yogi all the way to the most advanced yogi. They offer prenatal yoga classes which is so hard to find in this area as well as kid's yoga, teen yoga, and family yoga. The first time I walked into the studio, I was a newer yogi trying to find a place to deepen my practice instead of the gym that I was a member of. I was planning to shop around at many different studios but after my first class I was absolute hooked. They offer a wonderful 2-weeks of unlimited yoga for $25 that gives you the chance to try out as many classes as you want during that time. Give it a try! You won't regret it!

Came back with a friend for a Pilates Reformer flow 1 class and am raising my review to 5 stars…read more You can tell the studio has become much more established since the last time I visited (when they were just opening). When you come in you are checked in quickly and you can pick any Reformer you'd like. My class was taught by Kevin Cardone who is an excellent instructor. He walked around the room and made proper adjustments as needed. He was a very attentive instructor and was always very clear about the different things you needed to do for each exercise. I appreciated that, as many studios just leave you to figure things out yourself. The workout was excellent and at the same time low impact, which is great! I definitely felt the workout the day of and day after. I believe there is an option to try out classes without committing to a monthly plan and that's what I'd suggest everyone do. While the intro class gives you an idea of what Pilates reformer is, I don't think I could really appreciate the awesomeness of the class until I participated in a full class. Love that the fitness options in this area are growing!

No shade to the previous studio, this one in Kennesaw got me feeling like I'm already part of the girl group after one class. I'm now 8 classes in one month! The instructors I've had are so warm, friendly, and helpful with hands on guidance to get the most out of your core work out. The only thing I have to complain about are the hours. I wish there were earlier classes like at 6 AM so I can knock out my workout before work as I sometimes unexpectedly have to stay on after 4:30 to support my team. Also classes on Saturday afternoons would be nice, too. I think these adjustments may come in time... other than that, I'm glad to be back!

I love how empowering the women are here. I never felt out of place or uncomfortable. I'm not in the best shape, but I never felt judged or anything like that. The trainers make a point to welcome you to every class and always stay behind to answer any questions or just to chitchat. I go roughly twice a week and love seeing familiar faces. I use ClassPass so booking a class is always super easy. The environment is clean. They offer water bottles if you forget to bring your own. They provide mats, weights, and whatever else you may need for the class. I would recommend this studio for sure.

This studio is very clean, it has shower and they provide hair bands, toiletries and towels. Owner sometimes bring some healthy treats to the studio and share with students. Everyone's friendly and welcoming, instructors try to remember students name and talk to each person as they come into the classes. Barre3 focus more on cardio and balance, the class will make you sweat and stronger the more you go. I was surprised how it changed my body shape and toned my muscles in 30 days, with 5 classes a week. Sumo squats transform my big flat butt to a firmer and rounder smaller butt. :D If you never try barre before, try out Barre3 and see how it can change your body in 30 days.
