I first called one of the well-known plumbers you hear on the radio, and was surprised to learn there was a $99 +$265 emergency call out charge (a total of $364 before any repairs are even made!), and a 2-hour response tj. I came here to Yelp, and found Mike with Ace's Plumbing... most 5-Star reviews in the area. I called just before 9PM and Mike answered, said he'd be right over (though he was getting ready for bead as well when I called!). He was at my house within 15 minutes, diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes, and was soon running a snake down the main line! Was a total of 30 minutes and the job was done! So glad we searched Yelp and found Ace's! In the end, it cost us LESS THAN HALF of what the other guy wanted just to show up (not to mention a 2-hour response time). Thanks again Mike, you saved the day and saved us a ton of money!!!

Initial call was for a clog, and so the main was snaked and a lot of water run. That same evening the issue returned and so the technician came out the next day (in a snow storm and at no charge). The pipe was snaked and a camera run. The tentative diagnosis was a collapsed pipe, and so I switched to my warranty service. In the end the diagnosis was inaccurate, and I only needed a Hydro-jetting... but warranty service plumber said it was an understandable mistake as there was some minor offsets that could have caught the camera, and the sludge would have prevented a good view.

Been in this house 9 months and the previous owner did everything DIY. The drain from the sink to the basement was not correct after due to an oversize sink being installed and properly aligned(previous owner). Tim and Scott installed a new drain, repositioned the garbage disposal and new pvc, tubing, etc. They were very professional, personable and explained everything in layman's terms. Very fair pricing.
