You can try to butter up the readers with details in your story, but this was a simple job requiring 2 holes from the attic, where the detectors would go. A 3rd hole leading outside from the attic since wiring was required from the attic to the garage and it did have to go from the exterior of the house (in a conduit). And last thing, from inside the garage into the room (basement) they're both on the same level and a common wall between the garage and this basement room is shared. He took detailed notes of what we needed and said that his boss would email us in a few days with the cost. The following week, we called...receptionist took our info and said somebody would call us back. The following week...same thing. I've called for months. Each time the receptionist says that he (the manager) will call us.....mums the word..no call or email. They have both our phone numbers and email. I finally found another electrician who could do the work. It's a shame that the young guy who came out and took the notes was so knowledgeable and professional but is working for Barts, a company that could care less about people who need an electrician. He needs to go to work for a better company. We were referred to Barts Electric by a property manager. She has since found another electrician too. She said that they're also not calling her back.
