I contacted Katie wanting to get a renewal class on short notice. The class coming up in three days was full but I could jump in at the end of the range portion to do my qualifications individually. One line portion was informative, classroom with Katie was even better. She is a good teacher. When it came time to go to the range she informed me the fee I was quoted (it was minimal) was waived because there was room for me in the class afterall. She didn't have to do that.
