Don't let his low pressure, "Take your time, your home is out there somewhere..." approach fool you.  When our place came up (just as he said it would), the gloves came off and Tim really went to work.  With perfect integrity and the best of manners, he took command of the entire process; seller, seller's agent, other buyers, the calendar, the arc of the sun along its path...well it seemed that way, anyway. It was truly stunning to witness his mastery of the real estate process.  And the best part of course was that he was on our side. Seriously, get Tim Miller on your side, and let him work his magic for you like he did for us.

He was also super helpful in setting us up with an annual maintenance list as we were first time homeowners and then connected us with the different services we would need, such has hvac and electrical.

The staff at Windermere were dishonest to me and my roommate about the state of the home we were to move into. There was mold building up in the laundry room and the wall was falling apart due to a water leak. Issues that WE discovered ourselves. The leak was clearly visible to the human eye; my roommate took photos as soon as she saw the leak and we let Windermere know of the issue. Of course, this was after we had already paid $4,400.00 and signed our lease. These issues were completely ignored by all who did an "inspection" of the place. The mold is a huge concern of ours, as it should be. I had requested a professional mold test on December 17th but that request was never acknowledged and there was no follow-through. The people at Windermere made it seem like the mold was "no big deal". One of their staff members tried to tell us it was "lint stuck to the wall." That was very insulting because all photos show it is, in fact, mold. She also kept defensively talking over us, like our concerns were not valid and she had to "defend, defend, defend". She said something along the lines of, "when we complete our inspections we don't break open walls to look at their pipes.!" as an excuse. Well guess what, I didn't break down any walls either and I saw the water leak OUTSIDE of the walls. My roommate and I were not and have not, been living in the home due to the hazardous conditions. This company was not honest and scammed us out of money along with the landlord they represent. Had we known about these issues prior, we would never had signed the lease or given any money until the issues were addressed. It completely baffles me how all of these issues came about once the landlord and Windermere had our money and a signed lease. We were hopeful when we spoke with Paula at Windermere who said she would advise the landlord to forgive our January rent due to the living conditions. The landlord said "no" and that the conditions were "livable". And that was that. It's shocking because I keep thinking "Doesn't he want a good relationship with his tenants?". However, the landlord had to "drive 1,000 miles and take time off of work" due to him wanting to complete the repairs himself. That information was used by the landlord and Windermere as a tactic for us having to pay rent for a hazardous home. It was his choice to do the repairs when there were plenty of capable contractors right here in the community who would have completed the job within the week. It took a month for this guy to fix issues he ignored for a long time. This has been a terrible experience for me and I have 0 respect for Windermere Property Management and the landlords they represent and choose to defend. Now, if you can excuse me as I write a check for $2,200 for a house where I have not lived in over the past two months. This is due to Windermere's lack of anything regarding the mold test and the lack of urgency regarding the mushy wall in the laundry room. It's truly just the principle of the situation and I feel frustrated, and I am lacking hope for my living circumstances. 2025 is rough and I believe we all need to help each other out, not take advantage. And that is what Windermere did and does. All - Use caution and complete your own inspection before signing a lease agreement or giving any money. This company will lie to you and scam you and think nothing of it.

In my opinion, she presents herself as though she personally drives the entire process, even though she appears to operate with a large team of agents and support staff. That may work for some sellers, but from my perspective it makes the service feel more like a high-volume operation than a personally attentive real estate practice. I have also observed multiple listings that, in my opinion, appeared significantly overpriced and then sat on the market until substantial price reductions were made. In one instance, a property was taken off the market and then relisted at approximately $500,000 less. Even after that reduction, I still believed the property was overpriced based on my own review of the market. My biggest concern is the way she has handled buyer interest at prices below her asking price. When I expressed interest at what I believed was a more realistic price, her responses felt defensive, dismissive, and personally offended rather than professional. Instead of simply asking for the offer to be submitted and allowing the seller to evaluate it, she characterized the interest as "lowballing." When asked to support the listing price with comparable sales, she did not provide any meaningful comparable evidence. Most recently, after I reached out to see whether a potential offer could work, her immediate response was to ask who my Realtor was. When I told her, she replied, "How come she's not doing her job?" I found that response rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. In my opinion, a listing agent should not treat a buyer's pricing opinion as a personal insult, nor should she appear to shut down buyer interest before the seller has had a fair opportunity to consider it. To be clear, this review is based on my personal experience and opinions. I am not claiming to know what discussions occurred privately between the agent and her seller. However, as a prospective buyer, I was left with the impression that she was more focused on defending her list price and protecting her ego than encouraging a serious negotiation. Based on my experience, I would caution buyers and sellers to ask direct questions, request actual comparable sales data, and make sure all offers and buyer interest are being handled professionally and transparently.

After our initial conversation with her, we didn't expect to move forward with the home buying process so soon, but we did. I remember telling my fiancé right after we ended our conversation with Liz that I wanted her to be our agent. I truly appreciated how people centered, passionate, and incredibly knowledgeable she is about the process. She made us feel completely comfortable asking questions and helped us clearly understand what the home buying journey would look like. Liz never made us feel rushed or pressured into anything. She truly respected our pace and guided us with patience and understanding every step of the way. Since my finance and I currently live in Los Angeles, Liz took her time to tour several homes that we were interested in. All of the videos she sent to us were extremely thorough and informative which made our process easier. It felt like we were actually there although we were miles away. We really appreciate Liz for taking the time to record and share the tours with us while giving us her opinion on things that stood out to her that were concerning. This is something we would not have been able to pick up on since we were not present. Liz really listened to what we were looking for in a home and she delivered. We cannot recommend her enough! She is truly an AMAZING agent to work with. We're beyond thankful for Liz and The Porchlight Group. If we ever decide to buy another home in the future, we are absolutely going back to her! Being in Las Vegas but looking for a place in Seattle and not knowing ANYONE or where or how to even begin the process. I used YELP for what is here for...to find businesses and read reviews. I searched Realtors and started to read reviews. After reading several reviews I knew I wanted to go with a smaller vs. a bigger company (where they might hand you off to whoever or you get lost in the shuffle). SOOOOO glad I went with Liz! I really believe that things happen for a reason and people come into your life for a reason. From the first time I spoke to her she had a great energy and vibe and I knew she was going to be a hustler. I was already impressed from the get go! In the beginning I explained what my husband and I were looking for, (which I thought were pretty strange requests criteria...because this condo was going to be used for our employee, it needed to be within a certain proximity, near the airport and within our budget). Liz just rolled with it and got on it. I think it was that night or the next we were already Facetiming a property we were interested in...that's how quickly she was on it! BTW she gives great video commentary and is thorough and honest with her review of the places. Not being there and actually seeing something in person for such a large purchase is kind of scary, but it truly was a great experience that I wasn't expecting. She listened and cared about our opinions and was never pushy. So right now the market is CRAZY!! We put in about 3-4 offers starting in February and kept getting outbid by cash offers and waiving everything. Finally we found something that was perfect for us and had keys and were moving in on April 8! We got to do a little fixer upping (Liz helped with finding a contractor) and was able to pick out flooring, paint and light fixtures, to our liking, all for asking price (seller was throwing in some $). BEYOND impressed with Liz and her team! From start to finish and all throughout the process Liz always kept in touch and updated with what was going on. Almost daily emails with new listings or possible places then following up with which ones we were interested in seeing. She was ON TOP of it! Not sure how she keeps it all straight because you will feel as if you are her only client (which I know we weren't), with how dedicated and on top of it she is. She was very knowledgeable, patient, kind, generous and helpful in SO MANY WAYS! You will NOT regret choosing her and her team to buy or sell your home! Just give her a call and she will get right on it...because she can't help it and truly loves what she does, and also loves to work! lol
