A few weeks after installation, i opened my awning and observed that it was tilted and very low. I called technician " Gabe" who advised me to send pictures. i sent pictures via text and email to no avail. A month later I called and he stated that he received the pictures and has to speak with his boss.. called everyday thereafter and he refused to pick up. My husband then called from a different number "Gabe" answered and stated that his " Boss" will get back to us. We called again and he stated he will have someone contact us.. weary of the deceit, we called in another company who diagnosed that the awning was installed incorrectly. We had to pay additional cost for it to be be reinstalled. DO NOT CONTRACT THEM THEY ARE DECEITFUL!!!!!

The issue I'm having could be corrected by budget blinds but their unwillingness to make the customer experience better is has fallen short. It's not anyone's fault that the company no longer exists and I'm sure there was something put in place for the thousands of customers with warranties in place to seek assistance when this issue inevitably happened. Your mileage may vary but I'm adding this to the reviews here simply to balance expectation. Salmina may do fine by others but he didn't by me. I hired him on a very small kitchen floor project and he was late starting and didn't deliver as promised, something he didn't take ownership of, and to stand behind the work "his guys" did. To be clear - his guys do good work, that wasn't the issue. The issue was him slim sliding the job and not getting his guys to do what I'd asked and paid for, on what amounted to about 4 1/2 feet of trim. I've worked with some great contractors in Lake County, I do whatever I can to keep my part of the deal up, and I pay, pay well when it's deserved and pay fast. "His guys" may do side work. If you shop around you'll find good people there.
