One customer is being helped by another sales associate. Let me remind you, this is 6:30 p.m. on a Thursday night. We ended up leaving at about 6:40 p.m. Why make an appointment when you have to wait nearly an hour to be helped? I'm usually not an unreasonable person. I'm not a Karen, and I understand employees should be allowed downtime.
