I normally dine-in but decided to get take-out tonight and kinda disappointed. I ordered beef dip with a side of poutine. The bread for the beef dip was a bit too dense so I didn't like it very much. Hadn't been in a long time but had a gift card to use up! Service was horrible with the exception of Sally, only responsible one in the place that day! With two dining , was only served one set of cutlery, never brought what was asked for, The food was ok with the exception of the off tasting gravy, put a bad taste in our mouth. Dill dip seemed just like a wad of sour cream with sprinkle of dill from a container. With as many choices we have in this city, won't be returning. The place is pretty nice, I sat in the patio and I'm impressed that they are able to keep the fake grass clean. The food is decent, I don't like having to use a QR code for the menu as it makes everyone at the table stare at their phone. Our server was good and made pleasant conversation. read more

Went here for beers and a few appies to catch up with some friends. It was alright! It's normal pub-like atmosphere. Lots and lots of TVs in all sorts of angles so don't worry you will see the game! I like that they have a lot of beers on tap. The appies we ordered were bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers and little ribs. The sauce with the ribs was so tasty! You can't really go wrong with finger foods. They also have a free bus ride to Rush games from this location which is very convenient. We went out for pub food last night and unfortunately chose this place. The drinks were mostly ice with the correct amount of liquor but very little mix, the food was disgusting. The fish & chips consisted of 2 small burnt pieces of fish and enough fries to feed a family of 4, accompanied by a dipping sauce that tasted like a failed science experiment. The buffalo chicken burger was mostly coleslaw with a small piece of chicken inside a burnt bun. The final order was Shepard pie, it consisted of mostly potato for both the filling and the topping. This meal cost around $90, our suggestion is if your there drink beer, it's doubtful they can screw it up and it's the cheapest thing on the menu! Cheers read more

Went here tonight sadly! First off wasn't shown to were the high chair friendly area was when we arrived (even after asking) then finally found the way up to them, highchair straps were all broken so unsafe for a toddler. Secondly order a drink and it's was like drinking gross watered down vodka for 7$ and when told about it still charged up for the drinks. Thirdly when my food came out it was not hot just room temp and the kids "chicken" wrap was made with processed sandwich meat... nothing good to say about the service either... no tip was given because it wasn't deserved. read more

I have been going to this restaurant since it's opening.the menu items change and portion sizes decrease that is normal for a restaurant in any location. Today I had purchased the "stampede breakfast" eggs over easy,steak rare with toast. The steak was medium rare with not one speck of flavour they did not even wave a salt shaker at it, the eggs over easy and one broke and cooked hard the toast could have been done on any Tuesday last month. The only saving grace was the potatoes. Waitress was friendly and attentive.last but not least the cutlery does not fit in hand properly and stop putting useless flags on my food!! read more

Pretty good but expect to pay for it! Food is consistently quite good and they provide generous portions. They also have a section for families until some time in the evening so it's nice to have another eat out option with our tween. It's at least 10-15% more expensive than comparable restaurants however, and they upsell alot so the price on the menu is not what you end up paying. This is a sports bar, not a brewpub. The are many tv sand it's loud, so be warned. We were seated quickly, hostess and server were both friendly and efficient. The food is fine, as expected. The only gripe I have is the feeling of being nickeled and dimed. Why should I pay 8.49 for an order of sweet potato fries? I ordered a pound of wings, couldn't add the fries on even though they could be added for 3.99 with some menu items. Sour cream, salsa, guacamole, all an additional charge with tacos. The staff are trained to make it sound as if there's no charge, until you ask. This practice leaves customers feeling that they are being ripped off even when they aren't. Be upfront about your pricing, seriously, it's annoying. read more

Went there this aft. Party of seven that arrived in two groups twenty minutes apart. I was in the second group and was told by the earlier arrivers that they had just gotten their drinks. Waited twenty minutes before waitress came to take our drink order & I decided to put in an order for dry ribs at that time. Waitress came back ten minutes later with plates & napkins then another trip with cutlery. Cutlery??? For finger food??? I would think the drink order would've been priority. Waitress would leave our section without clearing empty tables... they sat dirty for 45 minutes. Food came after half an hour delivered by a different waitress. Friends ribs came with a rotten lemon wedge. Asked for manager to discuss service & what not. He pretty much laughed us off said it was busy although the place had emptied out an hour earlier. He said no charge on our whole order. I said we were heading to Leopolds pub to finish up our snacks & drinks because I couldnt wait another hour for another drink order to be processed. I spent two hours there for an order of ribs & one drink. Was asked after the talk with the manager by waitress if I wanted another drink...too late. The manager is the farthest thing from being management material- I'd guess hes a relative of the owner. The waitress showed up at the end with a tray...she had been handling drinks & what not with one item in each hand. She would be maybe better suited to walk /babysit dogs. The absolute worst service I've ever encountered & the management is an absolute joke. I'd be surprised if the doors are still open a year from now. Worst restaurant experience ever! Met my husband for lunch at the Brewhouse, we're there 2 or 3 times a month. Enough that some of the waitresses recognize us and I've never had such a horrible meal. My pasta was cold (obviously had been plated forever ago and then they cooked the chicken parm for the top because it was hot) My husband had, and I shit you not, "Cheesy, Bacon and Cheese mini grilled Cheeses". You'd think maybe it should have some form of cheese in it, not that we or the waitress could see anyway, so we sent it back. She, sweet heart that she is, puts a rush on it because we waited 1/2 hour for our food in the first place. It comes back to our table 5 minutes later, and it's the same grilled cheeses we sent back with some cheese added and then popped into the oven to melt. So now it's got cheese but it's burnt. He can't even eat the crust because it was like crutons. Our waitress talks to her manager, and the manager says that she can't comp it because it was remade for him (wtf) and she'll take 20% off them, so like $2 off our bill. I felt bad for the poor waitress. She was truely embarassed that she had to tell us they were taking $2 off our bill as compensation for my husband not really getting a lunch. We'll never go back, portions have shrunk up in the last 6 months since the prices increased. read more
