I never did get to eat my salad, there was no fork in the bag, no napkins either. One other thing... our server either needs to buy longer shirts or higher waisted jeans. There is no reason that anyone's belly needs to be shared with customers. This was not the first time that we've seen this server dressing this way for work, and none of the other servers dress this way. Totally inappropriate.
