When we opened the replacement pack, two of the biscottis fell short: (1) one biscotti was half-size, not full size; (2) second biscotti was perhaps 2/3 in size, not full size. Don't they weigh the pack before it gets sealed? Apparently, they do not. And, the chocolate chunk coloration varied. We are concerned that the quality of the ingredients being used now falls short compared to what we experienced a year ago. How in the world can a biscotti having "anise" named in the flavor title have no anise taste at all! It's not worth spending $10. for their single-pack any longer when compared to less expensive Italian-made biscottis available at the grocer, even if their biscottis are larger in size. Mixed in with the melting ice was a soggy, crumpled paper receipt -- and not even for my order. I had already drunk HALF of the latte. Beyond disgusting. I'm completely appalled and will absolutely not be going back after this experience.

Long story short I got a phone call the next day saying they put balloons on the cake. Didn't read the notes that it needed to be changed. Told me it would be difficult to change the balloons but would do it if I really wanted, obviously I said it's fine... So got the cake it was red white and blue but it looked like my 11 year-old daughter decorated it. The balloons were so small I easily could've scraped them off and put some fire crackers.
