It was a little bit chaotic when I got there, so I forgot to tell them that I needed oat milk until the order had already been put into the system. The barista kindly said they would just go in for me. The guac and chips were simple but so well executed! Very creamy and dense guac. While the chips def taste more crisp than normal store bags. Plenty of space to social distance too! Parking is super easy. Definitely a place I will revisit!

We were drenched and decided that some hot coffee on the way out of town would be just the thing. Aquamos Coffee Collaborative to the rescue! It's in downtown Waupaca, so the parking is basically street or street angled parking. My husband was able to find a spot to sit with the car and camper while I ran in and got our coffee. Since it was lunch time and I noticed what sounded like a pretty stellar breakfast sandwich on their menu, I ordered us a couple of those as well. For our coffee we got the caramel roll latte (caramel-y, ever so slightly cinnamon-y deliciousness). They also have alternative milks, if you so desire. The breakfast sandwich was a sesame bagel with chipotle mayo, egg, bacon, and sharp cheddar--it was super flavorful and absolutely delicious. Oh...and I believe they're dog friendly. We were warmed up by the hot coffee and kickin' eats in no time. Thanks Aquamos! Get to it!

For a latte, we went with two shot 12 oz, with the milk held down about 3/4 inch. The result is a perfect latte. Rich and robust, the flavor of the roast is striking. I'm not sure why anyone would add a flavor to this delicious caffeinated beverage, but then that's just me. I like the old jazz coming from the speakers as opposed to some of the crap thrust upon us at other places.
