Oceanfront with private beaches. Next, the houses range from modest cottages that sleep 4, to huge homes. Something in everyone's price range. The houses are clean and well-stocked with all the necessities. You can bring your own linens or you can rent anything you can't (or don't want to) bring. And finally, the fun as well as the peace and quiet! Beach Realty enforces the occupancy limit so if you are looking to rent a party house and cram a lot of people into it, this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for a house, large or small, to share with family and friends, it's a perfect area. Lots to do including kayaking, swimming, boating, shopping, or just hanging out on your very private beachfront. Love them!

Their fee is relatively high but fair, considering they do all of the work and we never needed to interface in any way with our renters. They also were helpful with recommending local services as needed and made great suggestions to improve the overall desirability of our home for rental. I'd recommend going through Beach Realty for all rental needs. They are true professionals with a real pulse on the East Sandwich/upper Cape housing and rental market.

There are several locations to choose from and different layouts in each house. The one we stayed in was pretty small and cramped, with an attached living room and kitchen, a bathroom, a master bedroom, and a bunk bed in another room. The bedding was no issue for us, as it was comfy. The room was clean, and the air conditioning flowed smoothly and was well organized. A lock is on top of the door for the bathroom, which is a hook. Outside is a table and even a walkway to view the complex. There is plenty to do, with the bay directly across and Wellfleet Center not far away. Our only minor complaint is the parking, which is very cramped and close to the road. Widening it would be an improvement. Regarding the price and stay, we are willing to use Del Mar Vacations in the future.

I received a VM on the day of my stay from a staff member and when I called back to explain my situation and apologized for not arriving and that I thought my husband had called to cancel the staff member's front was "I wish I knew! I went to the room 10 times." What kind of reply is that to a customer apologizing for having to leave unexpectedly as I am 6 months pregnant and had complications that made me have to leave the Cape and drive home that night? I'm glad I didn't stay there but I'm more shocked and disturbed by the horrible staff.

My husband flew out for showings in January and she took him out in snowstorms for 2 full days since he couldn't reschedule for better weather. When he found a home he loved, she went to work trying to make everything come together for us. There was much back and forth because a developer was also interested in the property. Tara worked tirelessly on the deal and communicated with us frequently, sometimes multiple times a day. When our offer was finally accepted, she kept calling, making sure that everything was going well as we made our way to closing. Everyone she recommended to us was fantastic. She has a great network. I flew out to sign and what a delight to meet her in person! Tara is warm, friendly, detail-oriented, and a great communicator. We went to the walk through and she was great at finding things we hadn't noticed and getting the information we needed to make a sound decision.
