We've had Jodi service our business and several of our houses over the years and after doing so, our spiders, ants, and/or roaches just disappear. Although she doesn't treat for bees, we called her last summer when a swarm invaded a tree in our backyard. She assured us they would be gone within 24-36 hours and then explained, in detail, exactly what the bees were doing and why. And sure enough, just as Jodi predicted, the swarm left just as quickly as they arrived. Jodi is kind, honest and has some insane integrity. She's not going to lie to you or promise something she can't do. (Although it seems as if there's nothing she can't do!) Jodi is something that is rare these days. Thoughtful and considerate as hell. Like someone else said, her voicemail said she is unable to age on any new clients. I left her a message because I am desperate and told her to please not call me back if she can't take on anyone new and that I understand. Jodi was on an international vacation when I called needing advice on a pest control issue; understanding from her voicemail greeting that she'd be returning in a few days, I expected to wait. As is typical with mountain homes, we had an ant infestation, and they were making a mess of sawdust all over the house, as they burrowed along our roof lumber. I saw Jodi "The Bug Girl" had great reviews, so I gave her a call. After playing phone tag for a while, we finally connected, and she mentioned she was in the area and could come by right now.. so she came by, explained why we were seeing the sawdust in the house, and what type of bug was causing it. Let me first begin by explaining why I think Jodi is just an AMAZING person and such a professional to deal with. In todays day and age we have so much technology that people have forgotten how to have common courtesy in communicating with one another. Thankfully Jodi is a breath of fresh air a jewel hidden among all the fast talkers and unprofessionals trying to make a buck these days. We have a vacation property up in Lake arrowhead and we recently came to find that we had a slight mouse problem inside I quickly found Jodi online and gave her a call she was so professional she called me back within a few hours, she was so easy to talk to funny, reassuring and went out of her way to make me comfortable. I can only say that she made me feel so comfortable and at ease that I did not hesitate to give her to access to our key to enter the property so that I would not need to make a trip up needlessly. The house we purchased in Big Bear Lake was vacant for many months and infested with spiders. Jodi arrived promptly and treated the inside, outside and underfloor areas. That night, we finally had a decent night's sleep. A couple of weeks later, I happened to see Jodi in the parking lot of a local business client. Jodi is amazing. After speaking to a few exterminating companies we were frustrated. After an inspection one company argued that we did not have a mouse problem but a chipmunk problem. Their recommended solution was to place a wire like cage around the house and cover it with concrete. The cost to start was $1500! We went to a mountain hardware store to buy mouse traps and a clerk recommended Jodi The Bug Girl. She was at our house the next day and we were so impressed. She quickly determined how these tiny mice were getting in and filled all the entry points. After a week the mice in the house were all trapped and we have been mice free ever since.I would trust her with any job. The woman is honest, smart and has a great sense of humor.
