Wow! Who does not like theatre?! I love it! Definitely so glad Denver has an Arts Complex to come enjoy shows. The Buell is one of my favorites. I've seen quite a few shows here. This night was the Lion King. Excellent performance. The theatre was clean and staff was nice. I love coming here!

First time going and the theatre was great, not a bad seat in the place from what it appeared to me. The parking on the other hand was a nightmare. Getting into the garage wasn't bad but getting out was a relentless nightmare, but that is hardly the theatre's fault but it did impact the experience. I highly recommend but strongly recommend using a car service.

Went to see the Phantom of the Opera. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Of course, the show itself was superb! The parking garage also made it very easy to exit too, which was a bonus for me!

Wonderful venue, convenient location close to restaurants to visit before a show. Parking garage is reasonably priced and right across from the theater. Very clean venue, staff was great. Multiple spots to get to get a beverage as well. We sat in the balcony and could see well.

Beautiful theater. Drinks were a little pricey- but I appreciated the lid for wine. Dasani water: $6 Bathrooms were quick!

We were in the very last row of the balcony and still had an incredible view of the concert. They had many staff members available to help direct you to your comfortable seats! We were here for the Avatar: The Last Airbender concert. I also found it very convenient that you can order food and drinks ahead of time. This helps avoid the long lines during intermission. This theatre is located amongst a cluster of theaters all next to each other in downtown! I'll be checking out future shows here! Check out what productions and performance are happening on their website.

Very nice! We had a great theater experience here. We landed, checked out the events for the day and saw WICKED was at the Buell. So we ran down to see if there was an in person lottery...there wasn't. Only on LuckySeats.com PRO TIP: an hour before any show, the remaining tix are half off. We got amazing tickets in the orchestra, 7 rows back! $104.50 each. Balcony was $69.50, mezzanine was $89.50, so we sprung for the Orchestra seats! Wonderful theater experience, and we have been changed "for good!" ‍

Saw the show "And Juliet" on a Friday night. Parked in the garage. Tremendous theatrical experience with a very appreciable and raucous audience. Loved it. Great ushers and seating! Will definitely go again.

We love going to the Buell Theatre in Denver. Our last time was the lion King. We just couldn't believe how much we enjoyed this production! Parking was easy, and the ushers at the Buell were very helpful. Seats are comfortable. And I have to say that the line for the ladies room was Nowhere near as long as we expected! We always love our outings at the Buell.

Love this theater and all that it is and brings to Denver! It's a great venue for performances. And it's in the heart of Denver! Thank you Arts and Venues!!

Always an enjoyable time at the Buell. They have a system down to perfection for performances as they easily usher people in and out of each show. Communication from DCPA is great regarding parking and traffic issues ahead of each show as construction and other events can cause delays in getting to the theater and finding parking. Since the production of Six ran for 80 minutes without an intermission, they were able to hold when the curtain went up by 15 minutes to accommodate for many patrons that were late.

Beautiful theater. In the performing arts complex. Went to see Penn and teller and it was a very fun night. Clean and well maintained. Also very easy to find seats and smaller than boettcher and Ellie caulkins.

Name of restaurants across the walk at Buell theater?

There is only 1 restaurant directly opposite the Buell Theatre: Prelude + Post. The Corner Office Restaurant & Martini bar is across 14th St.

How long have you waited to get in with new security restrictions?

I would say the musical leans more toward a romantic comedy especially compared to the movie and you will definitely notice the differences. That said I still think The Notebook musical is great. I really enjoyed it and it absolutely still has those tearjerker moments. The cast was awesome and everyone sang so beautifully. The performances felt genuine and emotional and the atmosphere in the theater really helped pull everything together. Customer Service Customer service was amazing. Everyone was super friendly helpful and accommodating from the moment we arrived. As soon as I checked in they noticed I was a lottery ticket winner and congratulated me which was really sweet and unexpected. I did not need that but it was still a very thoughtful touch. Staff showed us where to go and once we got closer to our seating area another staff member walked us directly to our seats. Overall everyone was welcoming and made the experience feel smooth and stress free. Pricing & Parking I got my tickets through Lucky Seats. Which is a lottery-style system for discounted tickets. We won two tickets for a total of $78 and our seats were very close to the stage with a great view. Discounted tickets made the experience even better. Parking at DCPA was $17, and they only accept card payments. Parking was convenient, with several nearby options, and it did not feel overwhelming getting in or out. Food & Drinks For food and drinks I paid twenty two dollars total not including tip. I got one Sprite one bottled Sprite one bottle of Coca Cola and a pack of gummy bears. I understand it is for a great cause and supports DCPA but it is a bit pricey. If you need to sneak in your own snacks do what you gotta do. Overall Experience My overall experience was honestly perfect. The performance was amazing the seats were great and the entire night was so much fun. I would absolutely go back again and highly recommend checking out DCPA and one of their shows.

Yes, I'm definitely a fan of Cherry Creek Theater!…read more CCT is a relatively new addition to the Denver theater scene, and have just begun their second season of productions. They're so new, in fact, they don't actually have a traditional theater space. They partner with the Shaver-Ramsey rug gallery in Cherry Creek and hold their performances in the large room off to the side of the main showroom. The acoustics are wonderful, and the space works really well. The performance we saw was in-the-round, so there wasn't a bad seat in the place. They don't focus on one specific type of theater - you'll find dramas, comedies, even musicals. I suspect that anything you see will be quite good as they get some of the best acting talent in Denver, and do a solid job with their script selection. The CCT also offers refreshments before the show and during intermission, including wine, most of which seemed to just have a suggested "donation" amount. You are allowed to bring drinks into the theater - yay! They find places around the area (Whole Foods, for example) and bring in pretty decent bites. So, there you go - yet another theater in Denver you perhaps never knew was there. Check it out!
