I would appreciate it if their team could provide clarity on their price matching policy to avoid similar confusion in the future. I shop at many H&Ms in Georgia , NC and NYC and never had an issue with them matching the online prices. The "manager" Ava with all the piercings on her face was very rude.     To say my experience this morning was TERRIBLE is an understatement. I'll start by saying the…read moremanager "Remi" didn't open the doors till 15 minutes after it was suppose to open. There was a good 20+ people waiting. She looked no one in the eyes, no apologies. Nothing. She then turns her back to everyone and goes to the registers. This is where it really started to get good. I had three items to return and her rudeness out the gate was next level. She was flippant, condescending, and very rude. She clearly couldn't do her job properly and was unable to find my receipt that was located in the app. You could tell she was getting more and more frustrated, and the tone of her voice was getting angrier. After she started scrolling through my receipts online, she then looks at me and tells me to put my email in the phone they had at the register because she couldn't find my purchases and it was taking too long. There was an issue with my email in the app so it wasn't going to work and I explained that to her, but she wanted to do it anyway, and when she realized I was right it made her more frustrated. At this point, I'm done dealing with her attitude, and I asked her for the manager, and she looked at me with a smile on her face and said "I am the manager" and then said in a smart tone "Why don't you bring your receipt in next time"! At that moment, I looked behind me to the long line of people and said "Are you hearing this lady"?! Everyone was speechless at her rudeness and at that point I told her I would be filing a complaint and that she deserved to be fired. I am a very understanding person as a business owner myself but nothing constitutes the manner in which I was treated. This "manager" is a joke let alone incompetent and I can guarantee I'm not the first or the last to complain.

While browsing, my husband lightly touched one of the display covers. Out of nowhere, an associate named Wes yelled across the store, "EXCUSE ME, YOUNG MAN!" in a sharp, scolding tone. We were both startled because there was no clear reason to address anyone that way. My husband is a grown adult, and the way Wes spoke to him made it seem like he had mistaken him for a much younger person, which still would not justify such an abrupt and disrespectful approach. When we walked over to ask what the issue was, he avoided eye contact, muttered something under his breath, and then told us that if we didn't like it, we could leave. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, I was shocked. A simple, calm explanation would have been completely appropriate. We genuinely enjoy shopping at Dillard's, but this encounter made us feel disrespected and unwelcome. We would have appreciated any form of clarification or an apology, but none was offered. It is disappointing to see someone so abrasive, unprofessional and confrontational representing a store we both enjoyed for many years.
