I had to eat with a knife & fork; no way I'm trying to pick it up & eat! Burger was very good melding all the flavors of the meat, bun, grilled onions & jalapenos & melted cheese trying to bind everything. I did find it lacking seasoning just a bit; needed salt & pepper for me. The black epper is a personal preference, but with the meat & grilled onions & jalapenos, a touch of salt would have really enhanced the flavors. As I said, $16 is a bit on the high side for a burger, but considering the heft, not outrageous in today's economy. They have various specials listed and I would say give this small business a try.
