The day of inspection, I received a phone call from a very friendly lady who called to confirm my appointment and to advise me if the 2 gents that I was meeting to inspect the property I am under contract to purchase. This company was in contact a few times closer to appointment because, my realtor called me 2-3times closer to appointment to update me they did not get the key to get access to the home however, they successfully got access to home & headed out after all. I was excited about the inspection because I could barely sleep the night before so, I was U early glad they got access to the home to put my nervousness to rest. Upon me arriving a few minutes late due to traffic from a rainy day, the 2guys were there & waiting for me. They were just wrapping up & walked me through, their findings. I even learned a few things while they made suggestions & explained what they were doing with equipment they had. I was greatly appreciative of them & their professionalism. The very next day, I & my realtor received the inspection report which included all the pictures they took explaining their findings. I would recommend them to any home buyers as they provided wonderful service, even upto the follow up email I receive yesterday. I give them 5stars! When I reached out to discuss the inaccuracies in the report, they showed no interest in addressing the situation or providing any explanation for submitting false information. This is the man to hire for a home inspection. Even if you're related to a home inspector, hire Mr. Wilson instead. :) I was under contract in December 2017 and had the home inspected. I went around with Mr. Wilson as he checked everything; he was very open in his explanations of what he was looking for and which things were a concern and which were not. He was very good in his ability to provide information in a way that I could understand. His final report was extremely detailed and has provided me with a source of minor items to work on repairing as I continue in my ownership. It's now about two and a half months since closing and I've honestly not found any issues with the home that Mr. Wilson hadn't noted in his inspection.
