Even though he agreed to do a payout so I can get my car fixed. He ended up blocking my number then blocking my husband's number. At this point we're going through our HOA to file a claim through his COI. He also did have undocumented workers on site which is why we didn't call the police in the first place because we didn't want any trouble with them, even though they tried covering up the damage that they did, due to the political climate right now. Just be noted all this was caught on Ring camera us and all of our neighbors have cameras directed to our cars and at least two cameras caught this. This was the worst case scenario leaving reviews on his business sharing this personal information but at this point, he is not caring about his business because he doesn't want to resolve issues so I guess I won't care about it either. I will, however, take any and all views down once the situation is taken care of, but until then look out for more on every platform. Hopefully the insurance works quickly or Parker gets back in contact with me or my husband to finally resolve this. And just to know the damage was very expensive. A whole panel needs to be replaced, a small panel needs to be replaced, my back windshield needs to be replaced, and the vinyl that I had on my back windshield. They continue to drop materials from the roof on my car without care. There is meals on top of my car and under my car as well. They did leave a note to move our cars, but we were on vacation for 2 1/2 days already before they even left the note. Also know that all my other neighbors did move their cars so all the spots around me were vacant where they could've easily dropped their trash from the roof that wasn't on my car.

No answer no communication. Blocked me from Instagram and Facebook. Luckily I have all the screen shots and recording from my security cameras. The crew was likely frustrated with the low water pressure they encountered while attempting to work multiple sprayers at once. I do not know where to begin…read more We hired this company to do the necessary plumbing for our small commercial kitchen after being assured by John Regusa that he knew what all of the city requirements were necessary to pass a plumbing inspection. What followed was something that took four times longer than communicated and was wrought with one frustration after another. Along the way I expressed concerns over the way things were coming along, however, was told by John at every turn that he knew what he was doing - even when it was apparent that he did not. I paid this company half of the total amount up front and John did his best to get me to give him the remaining half BEFORE the inspection, even lying to me about having scheduled it for the day he was due to finish all work. This was one of many lies he told me. Another of his lies was that he pulled a permit for the gas line he installed which, as it turned out, we did not need because there was an existing gas line already in place. The inspector confirmed the permit was not pulled and only added much after the fact in an effort to cover his behind. John still insisted he was right and the inspector was wrong. John simply had an excuse for everything. Long story short - the inspection failed - miserably. The inspector was shocked over the shoddy work done and simply could not believe his eyes at how some of the piping was rigged. The owner of the company, "Sam", was incredibly combative, deflective and completely unwilling to assume any responsibility from the very beginning. He refused to have a conversation with me at the very beginning, instead, insisting we communicate via email only. His deflection and defense of his employee John in light of emperical proof of lies told and sub par work completed is truly astonishing. Sam even has gone so far as to lay blame - get this - on me for believing John's lies. The two essentially continued to pee on my shoes while telling me it was raining. I believe this company does a signficant amount of damage control and positive PR to hide their MANY negative reviews I unfortunately came across too late. I would avoid them at all costs, especially if you are female as they seem to think we're all naiive and ignorant whose eyes they can easily pull the wool over. I intend on filing a complaint with the GA Secretary of State's Construction Industry Licensing Board - Division of Master and Journeyman Plumbers, BBB and all other appropriate forums. I called back and left a message and said, yeah, because he came over saying it would be $90, and then he changed it $700 dollars when he got over, so no wonder I complained. These people are cheats. They give you one estimate to get you to have them come over, and then when they get there, they switch it up on you. 'Oh, you have to do the whole thing'. Riiight. The old "bait and switch" tactic. When I left a message there, after his wife rudely hung up on me, that I would write this review, then the husband calls me back acting nice. Yeah, where was that niceness 5 minutes ago, when his nasty wife hung up on me for no reason? See this is the power of Yelp.
