I went around with Mr. Wilson as he checked everything; he was very open in his explanations of what he was looking for and which things were a concern and which were not. He was very good in his ability to provide information in a way that I could understand. His final report was extremely detailed and has provided me with a source of minor items to work on repairing as I continue in my ownership. It's now about two and a half months since closing and I've honestly not found any issues with the home that Mr. Wilson hadn't noted in his inspection.
