We never judge BBQ by our local style, knowing that there are as many types of BBQ as there are people in the world (it's the Baptist version of smoked meats, we think and if you're Baptist you'll get that joke). In & Out is no exception. It's a wet style, slightly sweet. But really, we think the reason to stop in here is the owner. He chats with you while he cooks and while you eat. He MADE OUR FRENCH FRIES to order - literally cut up a potato to fry after we put in our order. That's the first time I've ever seen that happen. Kenny (the owner/cook) is a great guy and he makes your dining experience wonderful. Great owners, passionate cooks - these are the things that move a meal from good to great.
