So while the rest of my party of nine ate food that was oily and overcooked, I sat there with nothing but a glass of water & a wine. The only vegetable they had was green beans, and they refused to even steam those without oil. In today's world, accommodating a basic dietary restriction with something as simple as potatoes and vegetables should not be impossible.
