Now I have been in Delphi to this location probably five times now and not once has it been opened. There are no hours on the front door or the side door. The most recent time I stopped in it was after noon and I walked up and the door was locked and then I saw someone walking around. I decided to call and someone did answer and they stated that they were stocking and closed. I then asked do you have set hours that you are open and they said yes and then the call ended. I have no problem is your hours are only from 1pm to whenever but at least put something up that informs potential customers. I have attempted to stop by this location anywhere from 9am until 1pm and. It once has it been open.
