That being said, I still have to give a special mention to the Calypso, their signature coffee. It's one of my favorites and something I keep coming back to. The latte is often Luke warm and milky with little traces of coffee. The cold brew had little caffeine and alsmot felt like ice and water with little hints of caffeine. After our dissatisfaction, we picked up the same drink from Canvas and you can judge by picture that something isn't right. Left one is from Canvas location and the right one is from Winter Park. If you are looking for some decent foxtail coffee then skip Foxtail at winter park. Both quality of coffee and service is below average.
