They really hit the nail on the head, delighting both of us. The large arrangement lasted 2 weeks. My sister's comments (to give you an idea of how hard we were to work with) - "I love that she made the flowers not exactly symmetrical. It does convey the child genius, playfulness and a bit quirky, while elegant, which is just what I wanted. The darker green works better I think, and looks more refined. They are all lovely without being ostentatious."

After checking all the other reviews, I see people love the service and flowers but in all honesty, I could not give it 5 stars. Perhaps the flowers are just not my cup of tea. Maybe I couldn't visualize the dried flowers in a vase in my home. I've created attractive, dried flower arrangements myself. When I looked at the flowers in the store, they did not look like really fresh flowers. Some of the pictures from other reviews don't show really fresh flowers, but the actual arrangements are very nice. I may give Christina a chance and stop by to pick up a small bouquet before I buy a larger bouquet. I wish I knew her pricing for bouquets of fresh flowers , but from all the items in her store, her prices were reasonable. Christina was also lovely and not pushy at all; she let me look around at my leisure. I'd like to find out more about why so many people love this place!

I was highly disappointed when I got these flowers .. the roses were just placed in the vase THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO CREATIVITY USED AT ALL!!!! now I've done arrangements for events and I ended up fixing this one after .. added some 4 dollar baby's breath from safeway .. trimmed some of the roses so they were different heights and also arranged the colours nicely ... Their customer service is good tho .. she called and made arrangements for me to pick them up because she couldn't get into my building and she stilled walked them home for me because it was heavy and I had a stroller and other stuff .. I mean my fiance technically did pay for delivery but it was still nice of her .. Also some of the red roses were dying very dark .. they didn't even take the time to pick the dead petals off .. Honestly this bouquet was 50 plus delivery and tax .. don't waste ur money go elsewhere ... safeway at new west station sells nicer arrangements in their fridge section and they also have vases for sale .. That provided me the opportunity to communicate preferences and ask for a photo of the arrangement that would be going to the funeral home. A photo from on-site at the funeral home showed that the arrangement ordered was not only as beautiful and thoughtful, but that it had arrived as requested (timing to be at the viewing). Excellent customer service; accurate description and quality of product is much appreciated as this was to represent family from 3 continents. I was answered by the lady florist and said they dont do a "REFUND", then I was transfered to a man, another florist and again, said they cannot do "REFUND" but said, they can deliver another set of new and fresh flowers. I keep on telling what is the point of delivering another one, the occassion was already been spoiled and done. then hang-up on me! You decide customers out there! Fading like a flower…read more.. After the florist I have been to for over 10 years screwed up badly a few times consecutively, I decided to change (the biggest failure of any business is losing loyal decade long customers over incompetence to deliver what customers request and paid for). The first couple of times were exceptional good with my orders here. However, the last 2 times I needed to ask them to redo the whole floral arrangement and design (funny how I have to tell them what to add and how to wrap it :facepalm) I paid extra for that which I didn't mind cause most of the time we buy flowers for special occasions such as birthdays, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, etc... a decent florist or flower shop should keep that in mind. Can't just whatever with a flower order especially a customer pay good money for them (can't be the same result as me picking a few dandelions off the sidewalks, wrap it with a sandwich bag and voila.. call it the day). Anyways ordered a dozen of pink rose bouquet for a relative's birthday (preordered it a few days ahead, website said $72 but store charged me $92 before tax... perhaps update your website?) When I went to pickup the rose bouquet, I was literally speechless. It's utterly one of the worst bouquet of roses I have ever seen, I literally could've pickup one from Safeway for $19.99 and would've been 10x more pleasing to look at. The roses look as it just did a marathon at the Sahara desert, some of the leaves have bug bites and a 5 year old could've done the wrapping better. I was too embarrassed to give it as is, had to go home to put the roses in a glass vase with some water, trimmed off the bug bite leaves, rewrapped it. I would've just ask for a refund if time wasn't tight. (:facepalm) Seriously, it is unacceptable because just like I said most flower orders are for a special occasion or special someone (seldom to an ex and hope they choke on a bug). I don't need an apology or want anything in return, but please deliver a product at least presentable for what your customers paid for. Unfortunately wouldn't be a repeat for me, this was the 3rd time it failed to deliver. (maybe it's time for me to secretly borrow my neighbours roses from his rose bed and master the artistry of being a good florist). Are good florists hard to find nowadays or the creativity is fading like a flower??
