I've called twice, spoke with very pleasant woman who assured me she would speak with Mario. Still nothing. I'm very disappointed. Mario told me with Covid the production and shipping time is delayed, perhaps 4-6 months before my blinds would arrive. I've wasted a month and my shutters are still not ordered.
