We had 5 rooms done and one of the rooms had light showing around the edge of blackout curtains. Another room they ordered the wrong type. Once the right type came in they drilled into our brand new windows without asking allowing moisture to get in and the gases to get out. So disappointed. read more

Used Premier because they seemed to be the only dealer for the exterior "zip" shades I wanted for my screened porch. They were slow to provide estimates and get the shades. It took all day to install them and they cut one of my screens in the process. They paid to fix that but then I found that the electric cord to one of the shades had been gouged. Fearing this would be dangerous to have the insulating wrap of the cord (in an outside environment) compromised, I had an electrician come and fix it. Told Premier about it in advance. Then submitted the bill to be reimbursed. The sales rep said she would get the owner to get back to me but nothing. These shades cost over $11,000 and they refused to make right a mistake made by the installers. I don't think they knew what they were doing and had little experience with this type of shade. If I were to do this again, I would find a different retailer. read more

Ordered custom blinds in April. It is now July. I have e-mailed them twice and called twice. No response. Please don't use. Customer service is lousy. I'm cancelling my $3,600 order. Was referred to them by Costco. They have not helped either. read more

Very unprofessional people. I send them my windows measurements by email with my phone number. They called me and said that they need to go to my home to "accurately" take measurements and advice me on what is the " best option to fit my needs". They set an appointment at my house between 9am-11am. They call me at 10:30am to tell me that couldn't make it on time . I wasted my morning because of them. This company is owned and operated by the same people who are using alternative company names as listed in Better Business Bureau as ARC Blinds, LLC. We bought a brand new home and had Home Depot contract someone to measure and install blinds. They were scheduled to install blinds on the 4/19 at 9:00 AM. First, they never finished the job from install date of April 2017. We have blinds that are not installed properly and missing valances and brackets. The installer, Kyle, the son in law of the owner, drilled several holes trying to find the right height for our patio door blinds. He also did not put the correct spacers in them and we have blinds not opening properly. He did not install brackets for patio doors either causing blinds to swing open and cause scraping on doors. He assured us he would be back to complete. Second, he did not come with the equipment to install and took a ladder from our garage which caused damage to our brand new hardwood floors. The damage he apologized for as it is in front of every window. We showed him where he moved the ladder had made deep gauges in the wood floor. He also did not complete any of the valances on the job so we have 29 windows without valances because he needed a saw to cut the side pieces down to frame the window. He assured us again that he would cut the side pieces for the valances and return to hang. We never heard a word from them until we contacted the insurance company for Home Depot and told them that we had damage and were assigned a claim number. The insurance company said that ARC Blinds would be addressing the damage and the owner had made attempts to contact us; however, we never received a call. Therefore, we made contact with the owner, Dan Tichenor, who does not accept responsibility. He told us he would complete the job but has not followed up to schedule. We contacted Julie at Home Depot who said he would contact us and it's been over a week with no call. Our problem stems with the inability to complete the job properly. We don't feel comfortable with them returning into our home after a discussion with Dan as he stated we were lying repeatedly and that his son in law is not a liar; therefore, we are because Kyle said the ladder was placed under a window awaiting him to install the blinds. We told Dan we did not have the ladder inside and Kyle brought the ladder inside after stating he needed to install the blinds and did not have a ladder. While the ladder may indeed be ours, we did not allow the set up as he was told. Since the conversation we have not received a follow up from Dan and were told by Sedgwick Insurance that his attorney has advised him to deny responsibility. read more

Unlike the comment from Amy J, I had Premier Window Fashions come into my home and install my blinds. The sales person, Ric was very nice and he gave us several options at different price points. The office contacted us to schedule the install and they gave me a couple of dates to choose from. On the day of the install, Jon, the installer called to let us know he was on his way. We were given a 2 hour window time and he was within his time. Our blinds look just as we had hoped and I would highly recommend this company. I was referred to this company by a friend and I will definitely be asking her to review as well. read more
