Marina has hands of an angel lol, well I've never felt an angel touch me but you get tge point. She's so gentle and careful, she took her time with my lashes. Deep down I was impatient because I've gotten my lashes done before and that was like a 20-30 minute process and that's how I knew that my previous experience was trash. Anyway, back to Marina, I definitely recommend her and will always ask for her. I then went back for a refill and must say that it's not just Marina with gentle hands, the second time was with Violetta who is just as nice and gentle. Violetta answered all my questions and took care of me just as good. I'm very satisfied with this place. I got to try Woburn and Waltham but will stick to Woburn just because it's closer to me. Now let me explain why: Kristina came to my rescue for my wedding and I don't know if I ever will be able to properly thank her. I booked my original wedding makeup artist over a year from my wedding. She wouldn't do a trial with me until 3 months from my wedding and after the trial I was incredibly disappointed and worried. I didn't feel confident with this person's capabilities for my wedding and I didn't feel that I was listened to when I voiced my concerns. I have a large, pigmented birthmark on my face that is very difficult to conceal and many makeup artists don't know how to handle it - the original makeup artist certainly didn't know how to conceal it and didn't listen to me after my trial when I said it still was visible to me. I canceled my contract and frantically took a desperate chance and contacted none other than Kristina Makris owner and master makeup artist of Flawless Makeup & Beauty Lounge. I had watched her skills for years when I would go to her studio to get my eyebrows done, however, I never would've thought I could've been lucky enough to have her do my wedding makeup. When I contacted Kristina it was not only THREE months from my wedding and in peak wedding season, but it was over a weekend. Kristina emailed me back the SAME day and said she wanted to help me out and was available. I was stunned! I signed a contract with her and locked my wedding in immediately. Then we booked a trial within a few weeks of signing the contract. My trial was nothing short of perfect. Kristina listened to me and my concerns, she made suggestions and asked questions about the bridal look I wanted, and took a great deal of time with my makeup application. I left feeling the best I ever had about myself and couldn't stop smiling! Before my wedding Kristina was always available to speak to about the wedding day timeline, gave me a spray tan location recommendation, skincare tips and even helped with bridal look suggestions. She was extremely kind, patient and communicative. The day of my wedding Kristina arrived on time, set up all of her makeup and lighting, and set the most calming and peaceful mood for the day. She was in a separate room from my hair stylist and it was so enjoyable to be around Kristina that my normal tense, type-A personality became calm and I was able to be in the moment and enjoy the day. My makeup on my wedding day was nothing short of perfect. I couldn't even believe it was ME when I looked at myself in the mirror. Each of my bridesmaids and my 60-year-old mother looked equally beautiful. They were all extremely happy with their makeup and couldn't stop taking pictures of themselves. She listened to each of them and gave them exactly what they wanted. I was so proud of how stunning my ladies looked. Kristina is a true professional through and through. Her skills are unparalleled. I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my bridal makeup on the most important day of my life. She listened to me and never once minimized my feelings or concerns about my birthmark. She handled everything with kindness and compassion and was such an important part of my wedding day. Whenever I go to an event, in lieu of heavy makeup, my go-to was always falsies and a bold lipstick. After feeling like I wanted to upscale my look, I started looking into lashes. I'm not even sure how I stumbled on Kaylash. I looked a million places online and somehow chose Kaylash because of a review that I found somewhere. Kayla amazingly squeezed me in for a full set (1.5 hours, typically) of new lashes within a week or 2. I've been hooked since. I don't know if I can ever go back to NOT having lashes! I have had both Kayla and Heather do my lashes (I see Heather regularly now) and they are truly the best in the business. Kaylash is reasonably priced, and they take time to make sure that you have the right lashes for your eyes/ skin tone/ and for your own lashes (if you have the wrong weight, they will be too heavy for your lashes and won't stay on). They also make sure you know how to care for them so that they will last a few weeks. Once you get your first full set, if you want to keep up on them you will go back for fills every few weeks. If you become a Kaylash client you'll want to book your fills a few weeks out at a time - they fill up really quickly because they are so awesome! Other things that I love about Kaylash: - The salon is easy to get to in downtown Reading, and there's ample parking - The lash table is SO COMFORTABLE. You'll probably take a nap while you're getting your lash on. - The price for fills is excellent! - The Kaylash team is just super nice! My monthly sessions with Heather double as girlfriend talk time :) - They keep up on technology! Paying is easy and there are multiple payment methods. You get auto-emailed appointment reminders. Kayla does her best to make sure booking and paying are easy for her clients. - They have super cute merch in the salon My other favorite thing about Kaylash and my lashes is the compliments that I have been getting. I've been getting lashes for about 6 months now and the compliments don't stop. I traveled for work this week and in one of my meetings I had three separate people ask me how I got my lashes to look so great. I almost don't want to tell anyone about Kaylash because I like it to be my secret :) Highly, highly recommend if you can get an appointment! P.S.... Husbands really dig lashes ;)

Cai was able to book me for next day on a Sunday morning. She is a very friendly and knowledgeable person. As a South Asian, my eyelash and brow hair is dark and plenty.
