After exploring, my treatment options I decided on Invisalign and was delighted with the process and results. Dr. Marchetto has a fantastic bedside manner. He does have assistants but Dr. Marchetto spends quality time with each patient on every visit. The assistants are all very friendly and polite. The office is small enough so it does. not feel like a "factory". Unlike other orthodontist offices, I have never waited more than a couple of minutes. Fast forward about 16 years. Still happy with the results but I felt my permanent retainer was a little loose. I was charged a very small to fee to fix it. However, when I was there I also mentioned to Dr. Marchetto that I thought one of my bottom teeth was jutting out a bit. Dr. Marchetto agreed and after the course of several visits got my tooth back into place....at no extra charge! Not only is he a great orthodontist but he is also so friendly and happy all the time. The same goes for his staff. From the girls in the front to the ones that attend the patients ( I don't know their technical name.) I have no complaints about Naidu Orthodontics. I went with Invisalign over traditional braces because I am in my 30s and I rather not have something that was so noticeable ( either choice would have cost me the same ). I recently completed my Invisalign treatment and it took me about 2 years. ( keep in mind that not all teeth move at the same rate so it might take more or less time for someone else) I was also very disciplined and wore my trays the required 22 hrs a day. You can take comfort in knowing that Naidu dedicates time to answer and address any questions or concerns you may have. I never once felt rushed during my appointments.
