The treatment is a bit pricey compared to other orthodontic offices but I rather pay the extra money for the consistent care and routine follow ups. If I had any questions they're more than happy to schedule an appt for a visit just to take a look and ease my mind/pain. 1000% worth the price. The office is really clean and smells fresh. I restarted my invisalign treatment since I stopped half way when I found out I was pregnant. Dr. C is very detail oriented on his care and explains every step. He was a referral from a friend. Not only is he a great orthodontist but he is also so friendly and happy all the time. The same goes for his staff. From the girls in the front to the ones that attend the patients ( I don't know their technical name.) I have no complaints about Naidu Orthodontics. I went with Invisalign over traditional braces because I am in my 30s and I rather not have something that was so noticeable ( either choice would have cost me the same ). I recently completed my Invisalign treatment and it took me about 2 years. ( keep in mind that not all teeth move at the same rate so it might take more or less time for someone else) I was also very disciplined and wore my trays the required 22 hrs a day. You can take comfort in knowing that Naidu dedicates time to answer and address any questions or concerns you may have. I never once felt rushed during my appointments. I had a root canal and a crown done here at roughly 1/10 the price at a regular dentist. The work was perfect. If anything the dentists are far more careful here than the private practice dentists I've seen. The only real hassle is joining their program, as there's a waiting list. After screening and initial evaluation, they're very thorough and very clear in recommendations. The staffers including front desk check-in are invariably friendly and efficient. It takes a bit longer since the dental students get everything checked over by the instructors. My impression was that the dental students just starting do the less complex tasks and the ones about to graduate get the more complex tasks

I had my braces for 2 years and I took them off in June. Dr. K is awesome and very down to earth. I felt comfortable at each appointment. Most of the staff I've encountered with were very nice. What I found with this office is their lack of flexibility for the working class. I chose the appointment dates and times that fit within my work schedule and they'd often change my time without making me aware. For my last appointment which I had scheduled 8 weeks in advance I got a text 5 days before the appointment saying the doctor is unavailable that week and the appointment is canceled. I have to reschedule. I've never missed a payment and I was charged twice for a payment I paid early in September. Someone is not doing their job properly. I called the office to have them refund this money to my account asap- I understand that things happen. I spoke with Jatna who said that management was doing their best to have the $320 refunded to my account. I emailed her to follow up on my request no answer. I had to call my bank which they stated it would take up to 45 days for this to be resolved! They had no problem double charging me but to refund me it's a whole process.
